Got there after 2 for a late lunch and they have happy hour from 2 until closing. Started off with a bowl of miso soup, standard fair. Must try appetizer is the crispy spicy tuna, deep fried sushi rice with spicy tuna on top and garnished with a small slice of jalapeno. Finished up with a rainbow roll and Las Vegas roll. Good sushi place and would go back to continue to try more food.
This place BLEW ME AWAY! I was looking for a traditional Japanese sushi place and after going to two different places I ended up coming here. It wasn't what I thought Iwas looking for, but in the end, it was totally what I was looking for! The Spicy Tuna Hand Rolls were THE BEST I have had in a long time! They looked amazing and tasted amazing! Monosugoku oishii desu! I will be back to Sushi Crush for sure!
I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. I was there during the Friday dinner rush and there was a good vibe and energy. They've created a nice environment for sushi dining. They have patio seating which overlooks the parking lot, so, in my opinion, inside is better. Staff was all very friendly, and busy. I was amazed to see how much effort the chefs were spending on to-go orders (I can't imagine sushi takeout or delivery). I ordered the sushi and sashimi combo to cover the basics and to mix things up I ordred their 911 Roll. I am no sushi expert but all the fish seemed very fresh and expertly prepared. Portions of sashimi were very thick sliced and generous. The 911 roll, also very large, was good but a bit generic in flavor, the filling could have been anything - to be fair, I say that about most rolls I've tried. I sat at the bar and was well looked after by all the service and chef staff. Their prices were competitive. With their happy hour menu you could keep it reasonable if you wanted. This a great addition to the neighborhood and I plan to return.
Great friendly service. Tasty sushi. I was happily shocked to see a few Korean favorites on the menu. I had the bulgogi and was delighted with it
This place is great!! Popped in a little after lunch for sushi and tempera. They are closed for the afternoon from 2-4pm so be noted. The fish was super fresh and everyone at the business was so friendly. We ordered the Korean bento box, mixed tempura and some nigiri. We ran out of room in our stomachs and I'm enjoying my leftovers now. Great spot. I love having this as a neighborhood spot.
Really great sushi and some fun, interesting twists on rolls. The Snow White roll is one of our favorites. Good atmosphere and service. We eat here at least once a week!
Food is delicious and portions are huge. Prices are reasonable too. Staff is very friendly. Will be back!
This restaurant is a delicious stop for sushi and for bento. I highly recommend the fried chicken appetizer too, wow, that was some awesome glaze! You won't regret coming hear for a meal at the bar or with your family. My kids all ordered a bento each and my wife and I ordered a bunch of rolls and nigiri. I would've posted pics but we gobbled it all up before remembering to take a picture.
Welcoming and attentive staff! Placed an order to go - food was packed and sealed nicely so no spilled miso soup! It was so tasty too! Sushi was delicious! Ordered 6 different rolls - yummy! So happy to support a locally owned restaurant!
We stopped in here for dinner as it is newer in the neighborhood. We walked in and were impressed with the huge mural, exposed brick and modern light fixtures. The ambiance was bright and welcoming. It is very inviting and includes a pretty large sushi bar. The air was blowing very cold so bring a sweater if you want to sit inside.We were seated quickly outside, it was still pretty warm but the patio has misters and curtains to block the sun. The ground is also covered with faux grass which makes it kinda inviting.We arrived after 2pm so we could enjoy happy our (2pm to close) so we started with 2 beers which came quickly we then ordered crab puffs and miso soup. The crab puffs arrived very quickly. Then the long wait began. I think they forgot about about our soup...but to be honest, I think they are really short staffed. There was at least 24 people on the patio and only 2 servers. After a nudge, they brought it out quickly. Our 4 sushi rolls arrived quickly after. For the price, I think the quality was pretty good. Portion size seemed spot on. We will go and visit again and hope they are better staffed by then.
