My friend and I really enjoyed our dining experience at Sushi Brokers Scottsdale. Our server was friendly and attentive the food was tasty and colorful and the whole atmosphere was a fun place to hang out for the evening.Wish I had had more room to try more sushi rolls that they offered on their menu and they had a couple of specialty rolls that they rotate from time to time that looked really good when I saw other people order them.I'll definitely go back and visit them again the next time I'm on that side of town because who doesn't love some good sushi with great service?!?!
Update: y'all got rid of the good staff. We were there last week and the wait staff was terrible. The usher was dum, she sat us and took away all the table placements. The waiter was very inattentive, and had to wait for anything.Quality of sushi, meh. The tuna was a bit dry. The Uni is what I use as a quality measure. It was not the freshest... I rather the chef rated the Uni and said "nope! Not serving that". The sake selection was awesome! Loved the sake. For what we paid, the sushi quality needs to go up.
Happy hour and reverse happy hour make this place a treat! The sushi is always fresh and tasty. The whole family is able to order off the happy hour menu, too!
We liked it, sashimi salad was my favorite. I suggest ask dressing on the side. We would definitely visit again.
The sashimi yellowfin tuna is fabulous! The potstickers and the sauce are wonderful! The edamame with garlic just topped it off! Absolutely fabulous!
So this is a Sports Bar that happens to serve a little sushi. If you are truly in love with sushi, I recommend that you find a real sushi restaurant because this isn’t it. If you want loud music, decent food, and TV games, sure come here. The place was messy and they didn’t clean. The servers spent more time talking with each other in groups and flirting with each other rather than focus on customers and ensuring the bar runs smoothly. The entire bar staff compared notes on every young girl who entered or left the bar. Average joes were ignored after the initial check out. No manager to be seen front or back of the house. All of the employees drank Red Bull, soda or other drinks taken straight from the bar; and no they never documented anything they took. Long hair behind the bar all over the food. Counter tops wiped with filthy rags if at all. See pictures to what we mean. They spent most of their time at the end of the bar hanging out together. I have a picture with five of them but there were often six or seven. The food was late, the bar tender forgot our drink order and we canceled our last food order because it took so long. This place is not for us and may not be for you.
Great sushi! Best I have found in Arizona! Bartenders and server era are friendly and quick.
???First time ordering Sushi Brokers… Wow. This is the absolute WORST sushi I’ve ever had. Sushi from Fry’s or Safeway is better. Its not even in rolls, you can barely pick it up. It’s mushy, thrown sloppily in the containers, and all just tastes old. It’s so disgusting I can barely eat it. Plus they screwed up the whole order in the first place. Will definitely not be back.
Excellent sushi. Fun atmosphere. Have other foods here if you are not a sushi fan. Who knew in the desert. Jordan recommended the lollipop amd the sunshine wouldn’t have picked them and there were excellent.
We are *picky* when it comes to sushi, and came here at a local’s recommendation while on vacation. It did not disappoint! We went on a busy evening, sat at the bar. The service was amazing and faster than expected. All the workers seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. The sushi was the best we have had in a while. Go there! The dragon roll was our fav but all of the rolls we ordered were stars.
