Great place for a sweet treat. Friendly staff and a clean place overall. Cute nostalgic styling. They have every kind of banana split you can think of OR you can create your own if you like. It reminds me of a old soda shop. Service was fast and attentive. I would definitely eat here again. ?
Classic and popular ice cream place. The banana split my friends had and the shake I had were great. Good ice cream quality, dishes were clean, and we were seated and served very quickly. However, kitchen floor cleanliness was lacking. The whole place is in dire need of a full gut renovation. Old carpets, booths, chairs, paint, dust, and broken window panes/floor tiles. The black and pink bathroom was horrendous, and the old carpet and arrangement in the back arcade was gross, I didn't even check it out. The staff was nice, but their uniforms were dirty with ice cream, and the bus boy pushed a terribly dirty cart through the dining area to pick up dishes. The lack of cleanliness did not make the experience as appetizing as I expected.
Delicious food and ice cream to finish. 10/10 for my wife and I.

Based on the reviews, we went to Sugar Bowl for ice cream in the afternoon. It was fine but nothing amazing. They serve Blue Bell ice cream so it's better to just buy that yourself - you get the same great taste for a lot less money.
How refreshing is it to walk into an old style ice cream and shake bar? Other seating is available too but we visited twice and just had a single scoop cone which was more than enough and very reasonably priced. Lot of menu options for shakes, floats sundaes etc and some hot meals as well. it was at least 90 degrees each day and the ice cream was so refreshing.
Nice little ice cream shop in downtown Scotsdale. There is nice atmosphere here of an old time ice cream shop. The items we got were good but by the time they all came out half of them were starting to melt. It might be better to bring them out as they are finished. It was worth the experience.
We stopped here for ice cream while in Old Town Scottsdale. Ice cream and sundaes were great. We also bought a few sandwhiches to go which were good as well. My daughter loved all of the pink in the restaurant. Great service too!
Stopped by here for the first time on a Saturday afternoon, busy, busy, busy. Sat at the counter and had quick service. Lots of staff moving around taking care of diners and ice cream sales. Our lunch sandwiches took a bit of time to be made, but were good.
