I get this particular drink four times a week not from this is that Starbucks from Another further down the street I was running late and stopped at this location anyone who drink Starbucks know that you can tell when you don’t add the two shots of espresso that I paid for it I just came in there around 6:15 this morning with today’s economy do not play with me and my money and when I choose to spend it with your company that’s disgraceful . I would like to add that the customer service was amazing aside from my drink not being made correctly Now look at this picture and ask me where you see that double shot
I have to write this review. The store lists dine-in as an option but is closed to dine-in and is drive-thru only. This is misleading.
Got a oat milk shaken Espresso with light ice. Not only did they put a lot of room on top (empty space) the cup was still entirely filled with ice. Almost 7 bucks for 4 swallows. And when I arrived and waited 10 minutes past pick up time my drink had not yet been started. 7 people running around joking and laughing. Not my usual location. Will say I’ll never return to this location thank you.
Hi I haven't been a Starbucks for a couple years. I Don't agree with their politics, but that is my choice. They have the right to believe what they want. I don't even fault them for not having french roast or Italian when I used to go in. So I decided to try them again. WHAT I do have a problem with is on Christmas eve I called and talked to the person that I believe was in charge. I asked how late they would be open. I was told 7 pm which was great. It was supposed to stop raining before then. So I rode over my motorcycle(no car)around 4pm from another store near by. I was there for a total of 30 minutes when the person that I spoke with on the phone came out and told all of the customers that we had to leave because some of their staff was leaving. Did she not know this when I called at 3:30? So I'm out in the rain and either have to gear up and find another place or head home in the rain which was the whole reason I went to this Starbucks in the first place. Now for those of you who don't live in AZ. Driving in the rain here is incredibly hazardous, but that's another story. So without regard for their customers safety(which is usually not a 20 somethings concern anyway) or regard for showing a lack of integrity. Not only will I never go in a Starbucks again. I will never recommend or acknowledge that they exist. Yeah I know right. As if they give a ----.
This was my go to Starbucks until they got new management. I came here everyday for 16 months. I had the most awkward encounter via the drive thru where the employee tried up charging me three times for the same drink. It was $4.05 then it was $4.27 then it was $4.80. For reference I usually pay $3.51. You can imagine my lack in consumer confidence after that encounter. I literally had to pay $4.27 for a drink that was originally $4.05 and the drink sucked and my time was wasted. Train your employees. I will not be back.
Drinks are incredibly inconsistent. I get the same coffee every day but for some reason when I get it from this location it tastes awful.
It's clean, friendly, and has outdoor seating. As far as SBUX shops go, this is a good one. Thanks team.
This location has a track record of not opening on time, closing early, etc. Unfortunately this location opens the earliest near 101 and N Scottsdale rd. The Tatum and 101 location is by far the most consistent. Avoid this location if you can in the AM. The worst thing is to show up as a customer expecting them to be open according to their posted (and ongoing revised) hours and not be open on time
Waited for almost ten minutes in drive thru only to pull around the building to find a small piece of paper with their temporary hours posted. Don’t have your drive thru lights on or the boards turned on if you’re closed. 2nd location this has happened at
This location is newer and really clean. Beautiful location.
