My friends and I just went thru the drive thru at this Starbucks on 87th and Raintree and were genuinely shocked at the service. We were in a great mood (it's one of our birthdays today) and excited for coffee to get us through the rest of our day with patients. Normally we've had great customer service at Starbucks, and I dont know if something happened, but the young woman at the window (Milan) proceeded to be short with her tone, rolled her eyes at us multiple times, was dismissive about one of our birthdays not showing up on the app. I will say one of us did respond to the treatment and Milan thanked us for our attitude.
This place is super clean, friendly staff and they make great drinks. There is lots of seating and areas to plug ? in laptop ? I found this location to be easy to access. They also have a drive up window
Rosie is an excellent cashier. She did a great job at being efficient and the coffee she made was great. It would be nice if more people were like this at other stores. Great shopping experience.

Let us call it starshit the coffee selection sucks they always get rid of the good menu coffee and also don't expect coffee with actual coffee unless u add double shots
I go to Starbucks daily! This location is usually out of something, straws, frappe base, usually cant pre-order online etc. Always something but today takes the cake... I went through the Drive Thru and was told I cant smoke in my car! Keep in mind I had the passenger window down and my cigarette stayed in the ash tray while I was at the window! I was pulling up my phone app to scan my drink and didn't pick my cigarette up during the time at the window. Starbucks you've lost my business! That's ridiculous! So if you are on a quick break from work and want to grab a coffee and a smoke on your break... you may want to go to a different place because this place doesn't want your business!
To the barista who made my morning go from great to not so great.. next time maybe think before you speak..My drink was made wrong and felt too uncomfortable to ask for it to be remade.Sad I had fo paid for that experience.
The customer service was awesome ?. I was thankful for their service today.
Online pickups have to go through the drive through. You shouldn't have online ordering if I have to go through the drive through to pick it up. It took 20 minutes to get through the line.
Arrived around 2 o'clock.Drive-thru was closed, so was the store, even though there were people inside.
