This particular starbucks locations was at one point excellent. Now however it truly SUCKS. The staff is polite enough but they're all youngish kids who don't know what they are doing. (At least that's how it feels to me) they messed up my order twice and before I even was able to place the order they 3 different people MESSED up the transaction at least 6 times TOTAL!!! I try never to go to this store since the pandemic started but sometimes there is no other choice.
I went and got a drink at this Starbucks today. The girl named Libby in the drive-through was nice, but had open sores on her hand and arm. They looked fresh like they were being picked at. So gross!!!! Called to let the manager know and no one answered, just disconnected after about 10 rings. I called 5 times and it did that every time. I will be calling corporate, so unsanitary!
Most of the times the dine in (lobby) is closed and no chance to place order or stay indoor.So frustrating
When can we start putting our own milk/cream in our coffee? They put too much in and ruin the drinks constantly. This is at every location not just this one.
Not the most efficient Starbucks I have been to. 3 employees standing around behind the counter and 1 employee doing drinks for at least 10 people waiting. Mine was a simple house pour and waited a long time to fill the cup and give it to me.
I'd recommend any other spot for coffee in town. They make you wait 20-30 mins, out of items, don't accept cash (which they will not tell you until you spend 30 min waiting), rude employees with an unreasonable and inconsiderate manager. Yikes.
The service was great! I wanted to try the Pink Drink. Yesterday I ordered it without the strawberries. It was served with crushed ice and was delicious! Today I ordered it with the strawberries. It was served with no ice. I stuck a strawberry with a fork to eat it... and it was gross. It reminded me of a freeze dried or dehydrated fruit that needed to pull in more moisture. The drink itself was more of a strawberry Quick taste. Not for me. Therefore, I highly recommend foregoing the strawberries. Just Sayin' no stars taken off for the disappointing strawberries.
I’m truck driver lobby is closed 7 people working is side only drive through working this cafe did not service me they said it’s a company roll but other star. Buck is serving truck drivers this place is worst
Friendly staff, excellent service and the drinks were great. They are understaffed so sometimes they have to close earlier which is a shame because they are in front of a hospital and sometimes it’s good to come here for a break
6:30 Pm lobby closed. Went for drive through and a lot of teas they don't have it, so not sure if am I supposed to call before driving to Starbucks now!
