Great Starbucks location, service, and matched up with delicious lattes!!!Surrounded by shopping plaza, giving a perfect day out with family and friends.
This particular location gets caught up in divisive political issues. It would be better if they focused on coffee & customers, without the in-your-face politics.
I will drive another 2 miles to find another Starbucks. It is across the street from my apartment but they just can’t get my order right. Every time I order from here they somehow mess it up. Today they remade my drink and it was still wrong :(.
Nice location to sit out have lunch or coffee.
A little crowded but nice atmosphere, very clean. They even had outlets next to the seat to charge your devices. It had nice outside area as well to sit, I love the architecture.
**LOCATION IS NEVER OPEN**Listen, I get it. Nobody is paying anyone a decent living wage. And baristas are the backbone of society, basically. This is an upper management issue. They can’t keep fully staffed due to not paying employees a reasonable wage. I’m sure the mid level store manager sucks too, thus, resulting in this location never being open most days except for a random Tuesday when it’s raining. I don’t even check the app anymore if they’re open. Everyone who works in this mall thinks it’s a joke. Just close it down. Save yourself a trip and drive a block down to the drive thru.
Just never know when they will really be open… So, do I make sure to pick up coffee before I get to Kierland, or just hope that possibly they will be open today? Luckily there is another coffee shop in the mall. *The Buzz is here if you need another option!
This morning I stopped by this Starbucks for my wonderful Peppermint Mocha. There are several people outside with Starbucks coffee cups drinking. The doors are locked with a sign saying starting November 1 we will be closed due to training and being understaffed.Huh???
I really like this Starbucks. Plenty of seating, good wifi and lots of outlets. It does get cold though so bring a jacket!
Who can ruin a caramel frappuccino, this Starbucks can. It tasted awful like soap or worse
