It was horrible and on my birthday. I ordered a salted caramel latte. It's off the menu but they did it but as a mocha with caramel drizzle and toffee nut added. (At an additional charge) It tasted like an extra sweet mocha that literally made me sick to my stomach.
The Room was nice. The breakfast was fair. The airplanes were close. A great value for that area of Phoenix.
Well place is a mess. Went in there today and they didn't have any ingredients. They make the item and then tell you afterwards that they didn't have it. It would be better if they tell you ahead of time instead of when you notice it. Also I ordered an carmal macchiato they gave it to me cold when it's suppose to be a hot drink. For the price you pay it should be better but wasn't.
Man I'm so tired of all these starbucks. They just choose whenever they want to show up. The hours say they open at 5:00 and I'm here at 7:00 and there's nobody here. it's closed. And a lot of these Starbucks will just close early for no reason. The pandemic is no excuse anymore. You guys are going to lose a lot of business.
Person in drive through called me fat because I wanted a reduced fat turkey bacon. But the food was good I will say the store smells like poop sometimes. And the staff throws up gang signs.

Terrible service. Extremely inattentive and rude. The older white woman working showed that she did not want to be there. Orders wrong. Lack of attention to details.
They were closed for business.... There was not a sign on the door... The lights are off and the door was just locked.
This Starbucks has some issues. My last 3 experiences with them:1) I ordered a drip coffee in the late afternoon and the barista told me the drip machine was under maintenance and he could make me an americano (I.e. he didn’t want to brew a batch of coffee for me)2) Drive through line took 15 minutes for about 8 cars3) New hours posted on the door that they close at 12pm but google still says 9pm
What can I say it's Starbucks. I was in a bind for some coffee. I should have known better. Back to Dunkin Donuts for me.
