I used to love sprinkles but this is our last visit..I'll chalk up the **$87*** dollars my husband spent to send them to me for our anniversary, to lessened learned. They are smaller for one okay fine...but the tops just fall off because the base is too small and dry and crumbly to hold them together. The cookies were over floured or something causing not the greatest cookie, and the brownies are just awful the taste of the chocolate was just off and the bottoms covered in grease. I am sad...but I do hope they can turn it around...they are the OG of cupcake stores, based of some recent comments some retraining or revamp of some recipes may be a good idea! Best of luck.
I was not impressed with these cupcakes. As a baker myself I found them to be extremely dry and the taste was bland, no richness. I've tasted my fair share of sweet treats from Az's bakeries. This is in my top 3 of no's. I also found the staff to be quite ill-mannered. Just overall not impressed. I gave a star for presentation because they give beautiful on the outside, clean and cute establishment but just not impressed overall
This place is super cute and I love the self serve cupcake atm! The location is right next to the Scottsdale Mall near the Apple store! Went inside to see the full menu of cupcakes and picked 6 of their cupcakes. I was told the cupcakes are best eaten day of, in case you're thinking of stocking up for a few days of sweets...cause I was! The cupcakes were good but not like out of this world good. I would recommend you give it a try at least to say you went.
Perfect for my daughter’s bridal shower weekend in Scottsdale!I ordered many of our favorite flavors including the limited edition Matcha with Marshmallows and even got the custom yellow box with the beautiful sprinkles lid Even had some of them customized on top to read: SHE?SAID?YESThey were exactly as ordered, beautifully moist and delicious (as always) and ready when when we went in for our scheduled pickup time.
If your looking for a moist cupcakes this is the place. Love the ATM machine. Such a unique and smart way to sell your product! Highly recommend!!

Pretty disappointed with my recent trip to Sprinkles. I ordered a triple cinnamon cupcake and when I got back to my office I find a sugar free red velvet cupcake in my bag. So I leave work again and head back to have my order corrected, only to find that I was once again given the wrong cupcake and this time it was carrot. For a cashless store that has little to no customer interaction I feel like you should at least get my order correct the first time.
I try and visit this cupcake shop a few times a year. Every time I am impressed with their displays and their cupcakes and their staff. I visited this location last week and was disappointed to see that they have drastically changed their display (no longer can you see the pretty cupcakes) and that you now have to order on a kiosk. The lady behind the counter was only there to fill the box with cupcakes. She did not seem happy to have customers. Customer service was lacking. I am disappointed that the ordering is now through kiosks.
The best part about the experience for us was ordering the cupcakes out of the cupcake ATM. It’s more expensive that way, but it was a fun experience. We were not impressed with the cupcakes - the flavors were ok but overall disappointing. They were quite dry. Don’t think we’ll come back but the ATM experience was fun.
I’m not a huge fan of cupcakes tbh. My boyfriend ordered this and it is definitely rich and gourmet. I could only eat half and the other half for later because that’s how rich they are. The sprinkles grow soft and melt in your mouth. I usually hate sprinkles because they are just little sugar crunchy candy.. but the sprinkles add a flavor profile at the end of the bite. This place puts thought into every last detail so every bite has layers of flavor. I would definitely give it a try. ?
