Sat in drive through for 20 minutes with 3 card on front of me. I couldn't leave, because I placed a mobile order, and they don't give refunds

When I got there I was ignored for a couple minutes, ok I get out there busy the lady takes my order and she doesn’t give me my change. 9.22 was owed back to me. Then I watched my shakes sit there for 8 minutes and 4 drivers get there order and leave. I don’t say anything but should have. Then some dude in a blue shirt came out helped another customer and didn’t ask if I needed help or if I have already ordered. Then he walks back and I lose it. I say my strawberry short cake shake and chocolate shake are right there can I get them and he says hold on. 20 minutes later I get my shakes and they are almost milk. Thanks dude.
Cherry limeade is very refreshing!!Their soft pretzels are amazingly delicious too.
What a nice lunch with my grandson. We had hamburgers I had tater tots and he had fries. The most delicious milkshake I think I have ever had. Very filling and a good meal.
Got one drink it was wrong, took a long time, and no stalls that is what sonic is about go to another sonic if you can

My favorite employee there is always a pleasant interact with. Even though she relys heavily on Monster Energy drinks to stay awake, she always delivers with extra candy in my Sonic Blasts. 10/10 would recommend
I love Sonic generally. I have the app and go quite often. This location, closest to my home though, has disappointed me twice now with ice cream that was more milk than cream. They also give me drinks with way too much ice. They are quick though and food is good.
I just went through, and the lady at the front accidentally rang up 2 combos and a burger. I was only supposed to have 1 combo and a burger. I told her it was rang up wrong, and she apologized and said I’d have to pay for all of it anyway and charged me $20. She was sweet about it and seemed new, but I don’t appreciate having to pay for something I didn’t want. Idk what to even do with it now.
