This was a pretty good burger I must say! I loved the service too.

Visiting from Texas, love the burgers.Disappointed they were out of the haystack onions. And Timothy, the guy working the counter, needs to find another job. He made it clear he hates this one.
Great concept. Food is not bad. I would give it 7/10 overall. Drawbacks are service time, price and order accuracy. Shakes are good.
Denied service the day prior, no problem obviously ignored the red flags came in the next day because it’s next door from my work. They forgot my fries and the manager still tried to charge me full price. Even after being patient and compliant and even helping one of them setup a account next door they don’t seem to care that there service is lack luster. Don’t order from here management has no customer remorse and will mess up your order. Will never order from here Subway next door never fails to deliver.
I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich no onion, smash fries, when I got home with my order fries were cold, sandwich had red onion on it, even when the receipt on the bag had no onions.... still got them
Picture says it all. I have never seen a hamburger look or taste this bad. For their prices… you would think their burgers would be improved. This will be the last time we go.
A microwaved burger ? which burned my mouth on the first bite. Not sure why they have to use the microwave to heat up this burger? It has great flavor and I enjoyed it. I take away 1 star for microwaving.
Good burgers.. chicken strips are not worth the price 13$ for a 3 pice, fry , drink there small and tastes like Walmart frozen chicken strips not worth it stick with the great burgers
