Best fast food burger. IMO that you can get. A single is more than enough.This location has a nice patio that you can hangout and have your meal.
Chicken sandwich is one of the best. Left a star off because of cleanliness of the tables, window, and bathroom. There are teenagers working in the back and they should be more diligent with cleaning the store. However the sandwich is ?
Technically I give the food a five-star rating. The Crispy crinkle cut fries were actually hot and crispy and the chicken sandwich was deliciously ensembled. I was a little disappointed in the ambience. The chairs could use some detail cleaning.
The burgers are very good, just like you would grill them yourself at home. The only thing is that if you wanted to eat inside to get out of the heat, well it's just as hot inside as it is outside. But other than that the burgers are very good.

My wife and I stopped by the Shake Shack to get dinner the other night. These burgers are delicious!!! I got a double, and it doesn't feel like too much food because the patties melt in your mouth. Additionally, they have gluten free buns and vegetarian burgers if you have an allergy or preference. Last but not least, make sure you get a shake with your meal (my favorite is just vanilla) to help beat the phoenix heat!
Very long wait. We waited over 25 minutes to get our food. They did not properly prepare our order. We waited another 10 min for them to correct one of the burgers. Staff was not very empathetic or concerned.
I had an amazing experience at this location today. I am a student at a nearby school and only had MINIMUM time to come pick up my order and get back to class on time. When i got to the store, i realized i placed my order for the wrong store! Ugh! I was so frantic and did not even know what to do. The manager, Mike, went above and beyond for me. He got everything situated for me, was even going to contact the other store and let them know the issue. He got my order made in a timely manner and while all of this, having a friendly attitude. Thank you so much. The service i received from this store really made my entire day.
Slow service. Disorganized employee group. Interior was not pleasing to wait inside. Prices high and value is low. In-N-Out is a better option
