It’s really good, don’t be wrong, however in n out beats the price. They are both very different establishments, but it’s easy to compare. It’s just a little bit more pricey, that’s all. It’s amazing, so if you’ve haven’t tried it….go have yourself a shack burger!!

I am not a hamburger person. In fact, I'd say I very much dislike burgers. Shake Shack, however, is different. I don't know if it's their meat, their sauce, or what, but I get two double cheeseburgers every time I come here. The rest of the menu is pretty good too.

I enjoy their burgers, but this location was disappointing. We were at the mall for shopping, and decided to eat here. Took about 20 minutes for our food to come out, and when it did, my girlfriend's order was wrong. Burgers are good, but the service was not.

Great burgers, bacon cheese fries and shakes. They never disappoint. Only down side is that the online ordering app isn't working.

I find the place with really great tasting burgers in the area but for a single burger is just slightly smaller than you expect and little more pricey. On the bright side their lemonade and shakes are very great, I personally enjoyed it lots

Food quality was ok friendly stuff but I think they have shortage in stuff the place is insanely dirty especially it’s located in a nice area

I was really excited to try the Shake Shack for the first time since I didn't get to try it in New York due to the outrageous lines! I also saw the 60 Minutes segment on it and that piqued my curiosity... it was a decent cheeseburger and vanilla milk shake. I liked the crinkle cut fries. My son got the cheese fries and I think I'm more of a purist, but he enjoyed them. I don't know what it was, but the ketchup here was the star of the meal!

Food is good. The line was long at the mall compare to other places but definitely worth the wait

I've heard a lot of great things about Shake Shack. So many good things, I was worried the expectations could not be met because they were so high. I was wrong, this place is absolutely delicious. A must stop in Phoenix for me. The meat was still juicy, bacon cooked perfectly, and the sauce put the whole thing together. If you're trying to decide between In n Out and Shake Shack... Get both. Win, win.

The truffle burger is so good
