Only stayed for 2 nights but this place was amazing. The accommodation was really spacious and the kitchen had everything you could need for a longer stay. The pool was great and staff really friendly. It was low seasons but even so the value was amazing for what you got. Thanks for a great stay!
It was a very clean pool and the best part is they have a bar in the pool area and have happy hour everyday! My beer was $3.50!! I highly recommend!!
This was a staycation. Very clean and well kept resort. Fitness facility was modern and much better than almost every high scale resort I have stayed at. Staff was very professional and met every need I brought to them.
We travel a lot and have to share that we had a perfect stay. From our first phone call to verify booking to checking out, it was all flawless. We would highly recommend to anyone thinking about staying here in the heart of Scottsdale. Friendly staff and well informed. Great resort with plenty to do for family or couples. Fantastic bar, happy hour and pool facility. Easy access to all of Phoenix. Close to shopping, sightseeing, great restaurants. Can't wait to go back. Thank you!
Have stayed here a number of times and would recommend if you are in the Scottsdale area. Villas are spacious with every amenity you need. Great pool area and grounds. Good location close to down town Scottsdale.
The building needs to be updated however the bec was comfortable. The tubs should be lowered if a person with any leg problems that can't lift them up. It should have been a tv guide to help show channels .
The only problem we had is there is NO other hote/resortl that will ever be able to beat or compare to this one. From the exceptional, caring staff at check in (Tara). To the GSM (Sara) both were knowledgable, patient and caring! Borh took the time to greet you and get to know you. ALL staff that you came across were polite and curtious. It was apparent as well that the staff were greatly appreciated, supported and cared about by the GSM. The VIllas are immaculate, clean and roomy. Upon opening the door you are greeted by a home not a room. I have larger son that hates traveling because he feels cramped and crowded...he LOVED it!! First time he has ever enjoyed coming along. This is now our new go to stay place when we have to be in the Phoenix area. I don't care if we have to drive across town, the drive is worth a comfortable stay! Stay here when in the Phoenix area, you won't be diappointed! Thank you to ALL the staff for a wonderful much needed weekend!
This resort is wonderful! The villa was clean and comfortable with a lot of amenities. The parking is very simple and close to the villa - each section of villas has its own lot. The staff members are professional and accommodating. I highly recommend this resort! The city of Scottsdale is awesome, too, with lots of art, shops, restaurants, coffee shops and NO graffiti or trash. The people are pleasant and they have a great pride for their city.
Went for 4 nights with my mom, we stayed in one of the Studio villas.The grounds and rooms are EXTREMELY clean and well-kept, the resort is beautiful with good views of the mountain. 5 star service, the staff was courteous (shoutout to Carlos and Meghan!) and made our trip special.The resort is so well thought out with the various activities during the day - we felt like kids playing mini golf and games by the pool! Highly recommended.
Great location, very nice property with lots of activities, nice grill by the pool, putting green, corn hole, lots of different games to keep you entertained. Rooms were a bit old and antiquated, but clean and they were well serviced if you needed anything. Staff were friendly too.
