This is a fun and delicious ice cream shop for the whole family. Locally owned, they're known for their huge selection of rotating flavors and cute faces they add to each scoop. The kids loved the faces on their ice cream.They have many types of cones and cups, too.Excellent service to boot.

Watch out. The cakes in the display are bigger than the ones you order for pick up . The owner is rude and the cakes are mediocre and overpriced . Go to Cheesecake Factory.
Saw a beautiful fluffy ricotta cheesecake in the case while getting ice cream . Ordered the cake for a birthday. Just picked up the cake. It was a lot smaller than the one in the case. The owner and cake maker insisted it was the same size so I asked if she could swap cakes and she said rudely said “definitely not!” I paid $48 for what I thought was a cake that looked like the one in the case. Had I known I could have gotten a same size Cheesecake Factory cake for the same price. And the wait staff would not have been rude to me. BRW tge cake was nothing special. Live and learn.

This is the best icecream place we have ever been to! They have amazing customer service. The icecream flavors are amazing and the surprises that they put on it are so cute! We have been going to Scoop and Joy for three to four years and it has always been great!
