It appears that every Business today is looking to cut corners where they can. From hiring good help to cutting back on the food quality. I was a regular here for some time, food was always fresh with no issues ever. After todays lunch I defiantly won’t be back. You can’t fake freshness. The sandwich was mediocre. The ingredients were not fresh at all. The tomato was past its prime. And bread was old. And to top it all off the manager tried to sell me a old Cinnabon. It’s funny how I asked for the one the case but went in the back where he opened boxes of Cinnabons added frosting on top and then sent it over to the microwave to heat up. Manager denied it. I took one bite and knew it was old. Asked for my money back and he challenged me on why I was returning it. I told him that it was old. He said it was fresh. Ok your a manager and not a pastry chef like me. My Advice, loose the attitude or lose customers.

Love the sandwiches. Wasn't liking the new set up with the seating. I enjoyed when they had more booths. I think they changed to accommodate for Covid and keeping people coming in away from the diners.
By far my favorite location, ask for it crispy and they actually make the sandwich Crispy!! Friendly staff, but I am disappointed they are not offering eat in option.
3 1/2 stars. The food is good, but not good enough for the prices. The portions are also not filling for such high prices. I bought a $9 sandwich that left me hungry enough to eat another one. Just not worth it. Maybe for the occasional variety for lunch, but not a regular lunch stop. The customer service has mostly been decent, except for odd experiences with a couple of the employees. The drive-thru lines have never been bad, I will give them that.
haven't been there in years still have a great sandwich Wish there was one near where I live but this one I went to in Scottsdale had a good meal sandwich was exactly as I remembered very good They were understaffed but there are a lot of places under staffed these days they still had great service got food quick And oh did I mention the sandwich was great
Really love their salads, always fresh.
This place is absolutely filthy inside. Every table and all the chairs had crumbs or something sticky on them. There are plenty of employees just standing around that could be cleaning. Half the sodas were also out and the door handles on the main entrance are missing. I'm giving it 2 stars because the food was at least decent.
Friendly staff and quick service. Great sandwiches no matter which one you select.
