Met a friend for lunch. We were the first people there. Service was friendly and fast. The friend got salad and i went with a cheese pizza. All and all both were fine. It got busier the longer we were there.
I love the food but mainly get take out. I think it is a little over priced for some items such as the salads but overall great quality service and food!
The restaurant had misters that helped with the heat outside, but it reminded me of the Seattle weather, so I ended moving to the far end of the table away from the misters to enjoy the outdoor heat. ?
Crust whiter than a ghost. I like a bit of Malliard on my dough, but if you don't, have at it. Also stingy with toppings. House wine was good.
This former Sam Fox concept still retains the aesthetic choices made by its former owner in both environment and food. Their pizzas are cheap and of high quality and their tea selection is great. Things get pricey with sides but most of the time you'll be full off of a pizza and won't need any sides!Sauce is the best AZ-borne chain of pizza restaurants (since The Gelato Spot and Bianco only have 2 locations, they don't count as chains imo) and I'm so glad that they continue to expand each and every year.Make Sauce a regular spot on your rotation! It's always a safe option no matter where in the valley you are.
I ordered the pasta with meatballs to go. I don’t even think they put any red sauce on the noodles totally dry very disappointing.
The staff was so accommodating and hospitable, and the food was great! I look forward to eating here again soon.

I like their beet and arugula salad a lot. My daughter says for a place named "Sauce", their pizza should have sauce on it. She says the pizza is mostly cheese and bread. So the pizza is a bit overpriced for what you get. I ordered an extra roll because I'm a bread head and used to really enjoy their rolls but oh my goodness... what happened to their rolls?! They should pay me to eat the extra roll I ordered. Hard and stale. I'm gonna need to save the money I paid for the Sauce roll to see a doctor about the severe TMJ from the roll I tried to eat. C'mon, please go back to making fresh rolls.?
This was my first purchase at this business and I ordered a create your own pizza with a Caesar salad. It has to be one of the best pizza I have ever eaten! Definitely, gained a new customer. Amazing!
