Pho is good but broth can be hit and miss. They do have fish balls for the pho if you’re pescatarian. They have a pretty extensive menu including bahn mi and bun cha but lack some of the more regional dishes like beef stew and bun bo hue. Quick service and they have both indoor and outdoor seating available.
Traveling and really fortunate to find Saigon Nites. Place was spotless. Service quick and friendly. Food delivered by the cook. Mountain of calamari was fresh, lightly breaded. Hot and sour soup very unlike Chinese version but excellent, loaded with vegetables. Mains were chicken pad thai and vermicelli bowl with pork and egg roll, both dishes among the best we've ever been served. Pad thai was subtle, not gloppy or sweet. Noodle bowl was loaded with fresh vegetables, pork was tender, egg rolls savory. A lack of thickened sauces, salt, and sugar made this a healthier meal too, but packed with flavor..

A hidden gem. First time and certainly was not disappointed. Chicken curry was excellent. Will definitely become a repeat customer.
Been eating Pho for 30 years. Possibly the best bowl of Pho I've ever had, and that says a lot! Ingredients in broth was perfectly balanced, not too salty, not to sweet. You can tell that they don't cut corners on the broth. Bonus, the Restroom was spotlessly clean and modern! I'll definitely be back!
