Saw Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers on Cinco de Mayo. The Rock Bar kindly arranged handicapped seating for me at the bar where I had a perfect view of the band. Even swamped, the bartenders were super efficient taking and delivering orders. I only wish they had a bigger menu choice. But the food was still great.
Cool concept but it's a "Rock Bar" that plays typical knobby Scottsdale club music when there is no band there and they have no touch-tunes.... I was there Sunday May 1st at 230 pm and the waitress cared more about making out with the male bartender than attending to the patrons paying her for service... The Bartender was trying to be dismissive and get me my drink order but the dark haired waitress was a concern and I won't be back
Was drawn in by the cool atmosphere but walked in and asked if they had a certain drink and was told by the dark haired female bartender “this is a dive bar honey, you’re at the wrong kind of place” in a very nasty tone. The male bartender was very nice but the female bartenders demeanor made us leave immediately.
Rockbar was a stop on our AZ Party Bike tour and the bartender wouldn't honor the $5 well and draft beer VIP pricing we were promised by T.Dog when he stopped our tour there on Saturday. We ordered a bunch of well drinks and draft beers and were charged $$$. She said they only had discounts on shots. We paid, but ???
Fund & friendly staff.Great spot for a little Sunday-Funday action. Kick back on the rooftop... order some drinks & bar-food... watch some sports on TV... and enjoy yourself.
Excellent small, friendly neighborhood sports bar in Old Town. Scotty is the best bartender around on Sundays and Mondays.
Great venue for live music! Nice big stage. Friendly patrons. Random people talk to one another. I cannot wait to go back. Excellent Happy Hour too!
Should call this place the Rap Bar because absolutely no rock was played. Ambiance could have been great but the music was just awful, and the drinks were overpriced.
Dropped off several groups here but hadn't been inside until last night. Cool little place with upstairs bar and patio. Will definitely be back!
Flat bread and wings were so tasty and we loved sitting on their rooftop.
