The bar is AMAZING music is ON POINT but the second my girl and I weren’t to use the bathroom, the attendant banged on the door to hurry us up twice. I would understand a drunk person desperately needing to pee, but an employee banged so hard she opened the door WHILE my friend was peeing. Thankfully I was in the stall to quickly close the door so no harm came to her. It’s not safe for women to pee in alone or be in alone BE CAREFUL!!! Stay alert!!
We had a fantastic time here. We went specifically to dance and we had a great time. I don't see it as a restaurant so people complaining about that are probably expecting too much. Haha.Side note: I think this place is owned by the same team as El Hefe, which was an absolutely horrible experience for us. Not sure where the disconnect is but Riot House has way better staff, way better music, and way better crowd.
The worst rip off of my life. Went for a bachelorette party and was told 3 different prices for the “minimum” then they asked if the bride would like to ride in the little car- of course she did. When they brought her to the table, they dropped off 3 bottles of champagne (never once asking if we wanted it) then we ordered 2 bottles and spend 3 hours there. The total came to $7000. Yes $7000!!! Do not waste your money here!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Found out that they are supposed to get 25% gratuity for large parties and secretly charged our party 40%, yes 40% and told us it was their "tip".Update: Been working with Corporate (Kevin) and two managers from the club (Brad and Paul) for about 2 months on getting a refund for the items we did not order. They have all 3 stopped responding to my emails now. None of them will give me the name of their managers either! So incredibly frustrating.
All these negative reviews, I don't get it. I have had nothing but a great time here. Staff is always great. I see drunk people do dumb stuff then get kicked out. Probably most of the reviews. I don't tend to do dumb stuff just party and have a good time follow some basic rules like being a decent human and I have had no problems. I can remember my nights there and what I ordered and what i tipped. I say this because I see all these reviews of being over charged, but I haven't been.
Not a good experience. If you leave the club to take a break or smoke you cannot get back in, had to wait in line while my friends were inside for an hour. We had bottle service and were kicked out for literally nothing. Tried to poor a drink and some manager came up and told us we had to leave. No explanation, no conversation. Just "you need to go". Seriously would recommend you go literally anywhere but this bar.
We got bottle service last night for a Bach party & we had so much fun. Dennis coordinated everything for us & was so helpful the entire process. The music was awesome & the staff was a blast. We are going back tonight because of how much fun we had last night!
I can’t always say I’m a fan of Old Town bars because the service isn’t great, but Riot House is the exception. We typically go for happy hour Friday afternoon and always end up staying until midnight because of the excellent customer service. The manager Mike has an excellent staff at this bar.
I came to Scottsdale for my bachelorette trip and I didn’t know which clubs to go to or how to book a table in old town. My group and I went into Riot House and was immediately greeted by a bottle girl named Mackenzie. She explained the whole process that goes with booking a table and we booked one through her and had the best night of our lives. We didn’t even feel the need to leave Riot to go to the other bars because we were having so much fun. The rest of the clubs we went to the other days didn’t even compare to Riot.
We got bottle service and they don’t even respond to requests to turn on the heaters available for this area when it’s freezing outside. Eric is one of the security people here and is so rude. I nicely requested that they should turn on the heaters, but he was extremely rude and dismissed this request even though we were paying costumers giving them hundreds of dollars. He does not understand that people are here paying for service and should be treated with respect. He should not be someone who is allowed to communicate with costumers here because he is extremely dismissive. Definitely not a good vibe.He was also vaping during his shift. He is very irresponsible and should be dismissed from this establishment immediately.
They didn't allow me in for wearing all black timberlands. The guy in front of me had raggedy addidas with holes in them and he got in just fine, but I was turned away for wearing brand new timbs. I had on designer everything else too, so their dress code seems to be old and archane, do not visit this place.
