Great for friends and especially with kids (elementary or older). They have a candy bar for the kids to create their own candy bags after dinner. The noise level is loud so kids arenât a nuisance. They have good food & drinks - the wait staff and service all want you to enjoy your dining experience. Amazing service at the Four Seasons!
The taste of the main dishes, and desserts, were all great, and the presentation was also nice. The services all of the restaurant staff are nice and friendly. Also, the bell desk/valet team at the hotel entrance/lobby are really nice people.
I had gone to dinner with a friend the night before and service and food was excellent. So I had company and brought them the next night. We were a table of 4 so not a big party. This time we waited forever for drinks and food - Our bill was wrong. Food was ok - Not sure what to do in the future. I had two completely different experiences.
The bar wasnât as classy that I would expect for a four seasons the band was extremely loud it just didnât have any ambience

I love the atmosphere at Proof. I had a salad for my entree and the chicken was so rubbery I couldnât eat it. My server swapped it for salmon and they redeemed the salad! Definitely a more pricey dining option but to be expected at an upscale resort.
The atmosphere at Proof is very southwestern, but upscale at the same time. The food is great and the views outside are amazing to look at from inside the restaurant. Service was excellent and I would highly recommend this restaurant!
