Good sandwich. A little too much speed of service made me choose a standard sandwich. Slow down a tiny bit or don't get too anxious to get customers away from the counter. Customers: take the time you want, just don't be fussy like the customers that were in front of me.
I'll tell you what I hate about Potbelly. I can't fit it all in! The deliciousness of the Wreck and a coke is unreal. My problem is they have these insane ice cream sandwiches made from their home made cookies that really bring the motherload home to the tastebuds and give me a potbelly... But, you know I'm still gonna send it!
The staff is not very fast but Murph (or Merv?) is single-handedly keeping this place alive; I definitely appreciated their service and attention to detail with my order and needs. Thank you for your incredible service, Murph. They’re lucky to have you leading the team!
Delicious. Hot. Tender. Great service. Clean dining room. We had the turkey and swiss and the meatball sandwiches.
Nightmare ordering lunch from them. Order was incomplete when received, no utensils were added (which would make too much sense for an order including soup?), and then no one would pick up the phone in the store.All in all, this location is not the best one around. Take some extra time and go to the Greenway location, save yourself the headache of dealing with these people.
Some sandwich shops you ask “where is the meat,” but here you ask “where is the bread?!” Great place!

Absolutely delicious ? chicken salad sandwich with everything, extra hot peppers, is to die for ? I don't recommend ordering over the phone, something has to go wrong! Go in person, staff are friendly, clean and actually fast ?? you'll loved it!
My new favorite sandwich shop! The sandwiches are loaded with meat and cheese, toasted, wrapped, all while you watch. The customer service is above par, i felt welcomed and Jen genuinely cared about making me the PERFECT sandwich. Although on one of my visits, my sandwich really didnt turn out the way i wanted, but without hesitation, or grumbling or blaming one thing or the other, my sandwich was remade to perfection. Absolutely an excellent place to grab a super fresh and super quick bite to eat. Oh! They have soups and fresh baked cookies too!!!!!
Gahhh, I hate taking my order all the way back to work/home and finding out it's incorrect... I ordered an Avo Turkey. They forgot the avo... it's in the name... it's HALF the ingredients... it's also a more expensive ingredient so I'm really upset it was left off. I also asked for ALL their toppings, which isn't a difficult list, but mustard is on the list and I didn't get any. They also toasted it when I asked for it to be a cold sub... as much as Subway has less-fresh ingredients, I'm just going to have to go there because at least you can watch them and make sure it's right.
