My first impression was the sandwich was smaller then I expected, but it was a really great sandwich. I got the wreck, or wrecked? Added bacon to it and enjoyed it.
Just average. Subs over baked. Cut her lip on it. Potato soup very plain, I think they forgot to add the loaded part. Very overpriced, will stick with Subway.
I got the Mediterranean with chicken. It was delicious. The voodoo spicy chips were a welcomed addition. Great place for a sandwich. Can't wait to got back.
I have to say this was my first at potbelly's and man oh man was it incredible. Without a doubt I'll be back again and again. Ordered the Italian oh my !!!!!! Incredible

Vert dry sandwich, disappointing . My husband picked up sandwiches at this Scottsdale Rd location. He ordered me a turkey with avocado. This location had no avocado at noontime . They also had no tomato’s. Therefore, he asked for turkey with mayo and lettuce. When I opened at my office up the road, I found out preparer left off the mayo too.
Business opened with locked doors employees pretend to ignore me. Someone eventually opened the door to tell me it’s a 45 minute wait due to a large catering order.Large catering orders usually need to be placed in advance so you can prep accordingly, not lock customers out.
Horrible experience! I got large sourdough turkey breast(9.88) with avocado add-on(1.29), no cheese. Meal(chips+drink 2.99). Team failed to take my order from the start since I had requested NO cheese. Bacon was hard to find. Two expensive slivers of avocado after my order being wrapped and about to be handed to me without it. I do not believe in using salt as a filler! Too salty! I would have been better off going to subway for a better taste. Only best part was the Dr Pepper from their fountain machine! I miss Quiznos! I was among others who had orders mixed up.
