Chicken sandwich not as big or good as it used to be.
We've ordered 3rd party delivery from here a couple times now, and it's been good each time.Pretty surprising, considering it's about 15 minutes from our place.Everything is always packaged very well, food has been fresh made each time, and it's always nice to get that yummy hot sauce for the fried chicken and sandwiches!
We love good fried chicken. KFC is too greasy and salty. Popeyes original is too spicy. But, Popeyes mild is fantastic. Lots of good chicken in those boxes.. service was very fast and professional. I love this Popeyes. And I love that they have the⁰ mild batter.
Not HAPPY!!! 2pm Monday afternoon—No Frozen Lemonade! REALLY!!! Yeah because we just made it—2pm!! It takes time to freeze! Wow! REALLY!I got a Frozen Strawberry Lemonade yesterday (Sunday) afternoon and it was not quite frozen! This place needs to do better! In addition, I waited a long time with only one person dealing with a customer issue and the others ignoring the customer in front of me and me! Waited all this time to get nothing!?
They should change their availability to drive thru only. If you are towing something you’re pretty much screwed. Same story with the Indian Bend location by Talking Stick. That’s ok, judging by the horrible reviews, I’m pretty sure I dodged a bullet.
Employees are always unfriendly. This visit they didn't have any fish ready so there would be a 10 minute wait and out of Coke. No apology for the inconvenience. In fact she acted like it would be a bother for her to prepare it. It's Friday at 6pm. Who's in charge here? Our previous visit they forgot our fries so we had to go around and wait in the drive thru to get them since the dinning room was closed. No apology from the female that told us everything was in the bag. No offer to make it right with a coupon or anything.... nothing. Zero customer service. Taking our business elsewhere.
Went to the drive-thru today to get lunch and it was terrible. The employee kept coughing on her hands wearing no mask. My food was cold as if it had been sitting, even though they just opened. The employees at this location have a very bad attitude, not very customer friendly. I will never go to this location again, probably will never go to any Popeyes again. PS THEY WILL SHORT YOUR ORDER EVERY TIME..
Took a couple of friends here. All of us were disappointed. My spicy chicken sandwich was not hot. Fries were cold. Fountain drinks were too watered down. The service was average. This is Scottsdale quality!?.. Won't be returning.

This is the second time I’ve been to this Popeyes location and it has disappointed. Went through the drive thru and they forgot my spicy chicken sandwich. Food wasn’t warm. Quality was par. Missing utensils for Mac and mashed potatoes. Only thing that was good was my drink. Associates acted like they hated their lives. Came at 11:45 am, yes it’s busy but I’d think I’d get fresh hot food at that time. No… I tried to call to ask for refund on the missing half of my order, but they didn’t answer even when I called 3 times. This location definitely needs new management. Half employees had masks and half didn’t. Don’t know the point of that. Good thing I’m vaccinated.
