Coleslaw was expired, ice machine was out of order and constantly beeping during dining experience. Chicken was dry and over fried, been sitting out for way too long. Beans and rice would be the only reason I went back.
I was in drive thru today and the menu wasn’t up and was informed that that it wasn’t working. Then told they had sandwiches and I was like alright but what else. They guy was very rude and short. I ordered a coke as I didn’t know if they had Pepsi or coke. Then when I got there I saw there was sweet tea. I went to ask for it and in mid sentence they guy slammed the window on me. I just drove off as I felt it was rude of them to treat anyone this way. I can’t believe Popeyes would allow this. I won’t be back to this location.
HEADS UP IF YOU ARE A DELIVERY DRIVER!**orders are not prepared UNTIL you walk in the door! They have receipts lined up but they will NOT prepare the orders until you arrive** If it's a special order or if they are out of items they will not cook them until you get there.I hate picking up from this location. Takes FOREVER
If I could give this location a zero I would. I do not recommend eating here. I have been to this location at Talking Stick Pavilion at least 5 times in the last year and every time the order is wrong or something of my order is missing. Well I tried them again yesterday and the same thing happened, I ordered two mild chicken 5 piece strips meals and they were spicy. My son order the buffalo ranch sandwich meal with fries and no fries were in the bag. We also ordered 20 of the Blacking Ranch Sauce, which we had to pay additional for being you were only allowed 2 per meal and we only received 16 of them and one had a hole in its top and there were none in the meals so I did not even receive the 20 I requested and paid for. Also requested Honey which was never received either. We ordered a large container of mash potatoes which was $4.99 and they gave us only 3 small spoonful of gravy, which definitely did not cover all the potatoes we ordered. I went back inside to obtain the missing items and ask why so little gravy. I was informed that is all they give and if I wanted more I need to pay for it. By the way my order was close to $50 and they could not even spare a small container of extra gravy to cover the amount of a large order of mash potatoes. Also in response to other people reviews, I have also received that type of experience as to be ignored at the counter even thou the line was very long for ordering inside and extremely slow serves.I PERSONELY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DRIVE A FEW EXTRA MILES UP THE 101 IN SCOTTSDALE AND GO TO THE POPEYS ON SHEA AND 90, THEY ARE VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL AND GIVE 110% TO MAKE YOU FEEL SPECIAL.
Best fish sandwich of all fast goods. Order Classic with extra pickles. YUMMMM. I'm hooked!
I love their mashed potatoes and gravy great service nice atmosphere
I love Popeyes ,their chicken sandwich is the BEST ! They give a 10 % senior discount.I wish there was a Popeyes that was closer.
Went inside lobby to eat. Was ignored for 15 minutes. Ordered original chicken sandwich and macaroni and cheese. Went to get drink, out of over 100s of variety of drink in that fancy machine only three were available. Sat down to eat and bun was hard a rock and chicken was cold and dried up like leather. Also, Mac and cheese was cold as ice and had a tiny scoop for maybe one bite in it. Should probably close down. Had to beg for a napkin and sauce and utensils. Never again!
I usually stop by Popeyes any chance I get for a chicken sandwich, I've been to probably every popeyes in Arizona. This is by far the worst, the last time I was there the bread was incredibly stale. This time the chicken is hard as a rock, felt like my tooth was about to break off.Absolutely would skip this place.
Quick and friendly service. spicy chicken sandwich was tasty. Two sandwiches and two drinks $13. Nice for a quick lunch!
