This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a Pizza Hut. I’m not one to typically leave reviews but the service and the food was terrible. The driver didn’t read any of my directions on how to get to my apartment complex which resulted in my boyfriend having to flag him down in the parking lot instead of the driver leaving our food at our door (no contact delivery). Then our pizza was hard and not even sliced throughly. It tasted like it had been sitting for multiple hours. There was icing in the box somehow and it leaked onto the crust, making half of our crust super sweet and gross. Ended up just eating the crust so I at least could eat something. A waste of $40, will never eat here again!
HORRIBLE!!! Do not ever order delivery from this location. They do not have any delivery drivers, and use door dash for delivery. The order tracker DECEITFULLY shows you that the order is on its way, when Door Dash has not even picked it up from the store.The website says the order will be delivered in 25-30 minutes. Mine took 70 minutes, and I had to cancel it because Door Dash kept updating the delivery time further and further out.
Looks disgusting tastes disgusting, terrible job Pizza Hut don’t come to this location, we had a party and ordered Pizza Hut and they disappointed everyone here so embarrassing don’t come to Pizza Hut or order from here.
Good delivery time and communication. Only problem was I tried to order the family pasta mix and match with cheesy bread and they called me and told me they didn't have any pasta made. At 1PM. Why wouldn't they have pasta made? They substituted the meal with a cheese pizza but I still didn't get my cheesy bread which I was kind of upset about and the cheese pizza was cut a little sloppy but of course all still tastes good
I was not told my 2nd pizza was cheese only. The online ordering did not specify how many toppings per pizza, so I thought one was pepperoni and the other was pepperoni and pineapple and the cost was over $30!
Has to be THE WORST service of any Pizza Hut location. To start with, the guy who answered the phone said “thank you for calling Pizza Hut, on Cave Creek and Bell” ??♀️ He has no clue where he’s even working. He completely LIED about them not running any specials at their store right now. And then when I proceeded to still order, he first tried to charge a full price for a pizza that was in fact ON SPECIAL, and after all the run around and frustration he put me through, he said they didn’t even have the right sauce for my pizza. Because of this completely incompetent employee I will NEVER order anything from this location. Called another Pizza Hut within a few miles from them and they GLADLY told about the specials they are running and I was able to order without any issues.
Accurate delivery times and warm food. My delivery took over 2 hours to get to me yesterday. That is not an exaggeration. The website quoted 30-40 minutes. When the food got to me, it was cold. I will never order from this location again
So we are waiting on our pizza but because a beer order on it was not able to be fulfilled (did not have the brand) they cancelled the entire food order. When I finally called enquiring, they explained they left a message on my machine. Come on guys! Nonsense, we can do without beer we were waiting on dinner and now have to scramble for something else . Sloppy customer service. Shame on you.

I ordered honey bbq bone-out wings but got a mild buffalo instead. Getting my order correct is very important to me.
