I’ve been coming to Pitadale for years. As a vegetarian there are lots of great choices but I always get the veggie pita combo. It has a choice of hummus, choice of side and a fountain beverage/iced tea. I opt for the fries as a side and they, and the pita, are always made fresh to order. I’m not a fan of bell peppers and I request no bell peppers. The staff are always willing to accommodate. It’s a great spot lunch!There is a covered patio with six 4-top outdoor tables and some are shaded. There is a code to access the restrooms now, ask for it at the register.This is a small business and they are currently short staffed (like most of the world). So be kind to the staff who are working and if you know anyone looking for a job — they are hiring!Tip: they are part of the Five Stars rewards program, enter your phone number at the register.
The owner Adrian is fabulous! He catered my daughters baptism and it was a hit. The food was fresh, delicious and enough for guests. My guests were happy and impressed with the food. Adrian went above and beyond. He set up our tables, kept our food warm and was very responsive. Nothing is better than your guests complimenting the food and asking for the restaurant location. If you want amazing food at your next event, call Adrian and use Pita Dale!
My dad and I and my 3 kids at lunch here. First of all, the customer service was wonderful. They treated us like family. When the food was ready, they admitted to accidentally putting the order as to-go rather than dine in, but whether it was in a box or a plate didn’t make a difference to us. But they apologized and offered to do anything at our request. The food was absolutely delicious and did not make us feel bloated or heavy. It felt good to eat something healthy and delicious. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area and craving Mediterranean! Best hummus I’ve tried yet, and the beef shawarma... ????
Delicious!! Been here a few times now and always so so good. Ton of delicious fresh chicken/feta, hint of lettuce, pita is fluffy and good. Sauce is great and fries are always nicely cooked. My only complaint is when it dissappears! Yummmm.! Staff is always friendly too. Definitely worth going!
Excellent gyros, not the best but very good. Clean place, friendly staff, good value for the $.
This place was absolutely overpriced garbage!! The worst Mediterranean/Greek food I have ever eaten. It was cafeteria style food. The chicken tastes like frozen precooked chicken. The tzatziki was awful. The salad came with beets and the juice got all over everything, ? I hate beets. The dressing wasn't good either. I have also never eaten at a Greek restaurant that had sriracha as a condiment option. It was cold and loud inside. The only thing that was worth eating was the bell pepper (the ones that didn't have beets all over them) that came on the salad. I would not recommend eating here!!
Great food and even better customer service! This may be the nicest group of restaurant staff I have had the pleasure of meeting. They truly make you feel welcome and care about your dining experience. You won’t be disappointed in the jalapeño cilantro hummus. Must try!
I was looking for a new Mediterranean restaurant and I stumbled across Pitadale in North Scottsdale. I love all things Mediterranean cuisine and Pitadale did not disappoint. The chicken kabob platter was incredibly filling, and it came with homemade hummus and an absolutely exquisite Greek salad to start. Spartak the manager was kind, courteous, and explained everything to me prior to making my decision on what to eat. I will be back!!!
Go here every time I'm in Scottsdale at least once. Great consistent delicious food. I never thought a Greek place would be my go to spot for a cheese steak but it is. Everything on the menu is tasty!
