Reservation was at 6:45 ordered food by 6:55 waited about 25 minutes and nothing was brought to us. Told the waitress we had a movie next door at 7:30 and how much longer the food would be and if she could bring the check with our meal. 10 more minutes went by and she finally decided to let us know that she forgot to ring in our order. Iâve served before and understand mistakes happen but the way she handled it by not offering anything for us to take to go or a manager to come speak with us was insane. She said Iâm so sorry I forgot to ring in your order and if we wanted her to ring it in now she could lol. Not impressed and had to sit through a movie starving for 2 hours.
Our waitress was very nice. The cook got my order wrong and when I sent it back, the manager kept giving my table dirty looks. He was pretty rude. The food was delicious after they fixed my order. I'd probably choose a different location next time.
The food was good but the service was really poor. I had to ask to place our order, ask twice for water to be refilled, I had to get up from the table to ask for napkins as well. My friend and I were never asked if we wanted split checks he just assumed and brought over one check. I usually don’t complain but it really was poor service. Our servers name was Carlos.
Pita Jungle never disappoints. Food is always so delicious and fresh. Been a customer over 10 yrs. One of my favorite restaurants.
Great experience. Visited because of a recommendation of a friend. The roasted cauliflower appetizer is delicious and yummy. Even better was the California Beach wrap stuffed full of veggies. The wrap is big enough to share, just fyi. I recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to eat here again!
Seemed servers very good on knowing there food choices. I ordered the lamb and hamburger meat. The disappointment that no way had enough ingredients. No enough sour creme, lettuce, onions. Not sure if manager is observing the contents. At other competitors same price more food.
Awesome and fast service. The food is consistent with other locations. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. Wine specials on Wednesdays. Vast parking lot. Accessible parking and entrance.
The food here is always good and there is a nice selection of excellent menu options. Today was a particularly good experience at this Pita Jungle as the person who helped us, Judy, was (is) terrifically awesome.
Service seemed to be inexperienced as she rushed us through appetizer and then the entree. Brought check before asking about dessert. Food was good but served too quickly.
