Was so excited to find out about this store. Drove over half an hour, got there at 1:08PM and it was closed. Google and business hours on store front says it closes at 3PM on Saturdays.
Visited today for the first time. Had a great conversation with the woman working there (maybe the owner) who also showed me all the products she had. Super friendly, selection is great and the frozen homemade food is AMAZING!
Great little store.The woman running it when I went in was very hospitable & knowledgeable about the products, which are not things you would find in other stores around here.The couple things I've tried so far were very good.I will definitely be clearing space in my kitchen for my next visit there.
Interesting food choices from South Africa. What was truly amazing is the time the owner spent discussing their merchandise. You can tell this is a passion, not just a place of work.
This small shop is a great location, and has lots of delicious treats and a really friendly/helpful staff. Well worth a visit (or more than one).
The most fabulous of curries and pies. I had the chicken curry this week and it was just so delicious that every morsel of goodness filters the love of the craft from Graham and his crew.

Love this place. Well stocked when I went in. Perky’s has been in business for a long time in San Diego and I’m very happy to be able to have them here in AZ now.
