Doesn't honor rewards. Make up what you can get. Came all the way up from mesa for 2 wonton's not cool. And was rude too boot. Will not be ever coming back to any one of them.
The highest priced and smallest portion size of any chinese food i have ever seen. ordreed over $100 for 6 people. 5 entrees, green beans and some donuts. it wasn't enough food. literally the orange chicken was 11.75 and was eqivilqnt to a small order at panda express that you pay $5 for. AND it wasn't even better than Panda. Its really 2 bad because spend about $200 a week feeding my crew and really needed a good new chinese place to go to.
First time eating here and it was great! Had General tso's chicken and it was tasty!
I am traveling from Atlanta and staying at the Sonesta next door. I ordered the firecracker chicken and fried rice. After eating it, I have been sick all day. The chicken was somewhat mushy and the rice was undercooked. This happened to me before and I assumed it was another restaurant I ate at. However, I didn’t eat anything else but this food and my stomach hurts so bad. I wouldn’t eat here.
They were open, signs indicated the dining room open. Ordered food then suddenly, dining room not open. There was no one there thought maybe would appreciate business. Told us we could sit outside. Gee, can we? No thanks. Left. Actually did us favor. Never will go again.
After walking in and placing order another employee walks up and say we can sit on patio or takeout, not inside the dining room. First off the misters at this location make it impossible for any guest to sit on patio or eat. Takeout was not an option being 30+ miles away from home. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE CONSIDERING THE SIGN POSTED IN FRONT SAYS DINING ROOM OPEN! Yet we were turned away! (SEE PHOTO)
I’m at this location at least 2 days a week for lunch. Always satisfied. I order the same thing every time Pei Wei original shrimp., with no snap peas and carrots I replace mushrooms and chopped up broccoli. This was the worse experience I have had at this location. I asked the cashier to repeat back to me 4 times. It seems like she was not paying attention , her name was Sara 4 times. Do what do I get , I get my original shrimp that by the way was old and burnt And everything I asked not to be on it was on it. And besides I maybe had I spoonful of brown rice. I am always satisfied with my meal in the afternoon. I can with another couple for their first time. They told me that they would never come back. The experience was horrible. The first bad experience I have ever encountered. Sara should be fired and the so should the chef. I’m not looking for a free meal. But man it was horrendous

It was my 1st time there. I only wush they had a hand held menu in large letters for visibly impaired people to read at eye level instead of holding up people ,while i tried to read the one on the wall. Yes it was large,I'm 5foot it is high up the walk, people were not to happy with me. I couldn't read the top 4 rows. Anyway food was great, employees were fantastic and really friendly and helpful. My friend only goes there for the GF seet and sour chicken, NOT on the menu anymore, but they do still have it if asked. They saud it will be discontinued, the ONLY REASON she goes there ALL the time is they are the only place that offers it and it is so GOOD. If they take it of, she said shewill no longer go back. Sge is total GF and her daughter also, so very careful where they eat. Please don't remove this from your menu. The dumplings were, oh so yummy. If it wasn't for the menu i couldnt see because of my disability, no fault of yours, you would have gotten 5 stars not 4.9. Thank you.
Always have been good when I've eaten there, got an order delivered. Hardly any flavor , way to much onion. Not happy tonight after long day at work
