I REALLY appreciate the girl giving me ROTTEN cream to ruin my coffee right before you guys closed like do you even check the dates? Do better it's seriously not that hard absolutely ridiculous!
This particular Panera Bread made their Thai Chicken soup, real creamy and thick consistency.The other Panera Breads make their Thai chicken soups very runny and watery. It seems to taste much better when it’s thick. Have to let the other Panera Bread’s catch up.5 star. ?
I was one of maybe 3 people in the store and they still somehow managed to forget my soup????? I ordered a grilled cheese, tomato soup and cinnamon roll and they forgot 1/3 of the order?
Street corn soup was OK. Nice and hot. Chicken walnut sandwich would have been better on the Italian bread with the crusty crust AND some flavor. I liked the crunch the walnuts added but the chicken salad was bland.
Ordered 2 soup & sandwiches to go, they forgot one of the soups and I didn’t find out until I got home. Drove back and they just gave me the soup; no sorry, no comped cookie or whatever.
Spend a lot of my time here. They are friendly helpful and don't bother me if im just the to charge my phone and use their free wifi. Great pastries and food too.
Bad location. Manager must be a joke. Orderd 3 times and 2 out of 3 were incorrect. I go here cause if I want to get screwed I can go to fast food. Will be following up with corporate. This is a steak and cheddar that didn't have cheddar last time they forgot onions. Do these pieces of bread look different. Spoke with someone at panera headquarters. Guy said he would send coupons. No coupons came. This location deserves zero stars. Screwing people over is their motto here.
Rude employees… ordered via the app. Got a text that the order was ready and on the to go shelf … order was ready, but sitting with a bunch of others on a counter behind the register… no one offered help… waited and waited - over 10 mins before they would even acknowledge me or get my already cold order … not impressed with this location
$45 spent on a sandwich and a couple of soups and these guys can't do something as simple as include utensils or napkins or any of the toppings that go on our soups? To add insult to injury, they completely ignored the special instructions for the sandwich. Why even have that field available in the app??? The tomato soup was bland this time. This was my first time having it in a while. Maybe they changed the recipe???
The avocado was black. The entire Baja bowl tasted sour and as if it was going bad. Panera usually always is reliable but I will never be going back.
