Just went here and normally dont have a huge issue but today I had an less than pleasant stop. They were short staffed which I understand but I waited 30 min after my chosen pick up time, asked if they had my order which they didn't and still proceeded not to get me anything. I ended up having to leave without any food. I did have a great experience with their Customer Care and getting my refund back but I will no longer come to this location because they just make up excuses as to why they cant do their jobs efficiently and or correctly.

Dirty floor. Stacked dishes. Dirty table (every single one). It doesn't look like they clean up after a customer leaves. It makes me feel unwelcome because I had a hard time finding a table that is clean. I just sat on one that is less Dirty.This place Gotta hire someone for cleaning

Panera is a great place to meet, if for business or pleasure. It has great service and comfortable accommodations, yet the best is not to forget their menu options. One of our favorite items is their pizzas and soups.

I never leave reviews, but I have been here 4 times and every single time, without fail, my order gets messed up. Today, I ordered chicken wild rice soup. Instead I got chicken noodle. Last time I asked for the dressing mixed in to my salad, and instead I got no dressing… just a complete lack of attention to detail which makes it incredibly frustrating when you get home with your food and realize it’s wrong.

This is an avacado chicken sandwich but there is no avacado in this sandwich. It doesn’t meet expectations.

After ordering their system went down. Stuff happens and that’s not the issue. We sat there for 30 min without any update and overheard from an employee talking to someone who had a pickup order that their system crashed and they lost all their orders. No update from management or anything. Our buzzer went off and my partner went to go pick up the order finally. She was told to sit back down by management and our order will come to us. The issue here is that they didn’t even have our order anymore. Everyone at my table (three different orders) had to go up and reorder their orders again. The only person helping customers was a teenager who had to apologize and tell everyone about their crashed system instead of the management. They did offer us free cookies (after we had to ask) by the teenager. This is a complete failure on the management and they should be ashamed that they hid in the back while their busboy did all of the front end work. If your system crashes and you lose peoples orders, come and ask them instead of hiding in the back and making your lowest employee deal with customers. I hope more people leave reviews so that higher ups can see they need new and better management.

I went in and had an interview and applied the same day. The lady claimed to have hired me. I have not received an offer through my account. I have been calling, and calling nonstop during normal hours. They have not answered they do not answer. I do not know how I am going to get in touch with them. They must have the phone on silent or just do not want to take my calls. I am very sad and disappointed about this. I just want to speak to a manager so i can send in my food handlers card. Smh.

Nice menu. Breads and bagels and menu items. Soups especially good. A bit pricey for dishes. Mostly a la carte. Coffees include endless refills. Try their breakfast breads and bakery items and coffee first.

Great food and service. Different than the other run of the mill type of food. Yet with the taste of home cooking brought up to a whole new level.

I think this is my first review ever. To be honest, I want to give a shout out to the catering team for the Scottsdale location for being communicative and helping me out on an order and the cactus store team for fulfilling it. I placed my order the morning of because the catering at a different company cancelled my order the day of. The Scottsdale location was unable to accommodate because they had too many orders as is, so they texted me and found a location that would be able to get it done. They took care of everything and I only needed to show up to the cactus location. They really went above and beyond here and deserve a shout out. Way to go!
