Just went to the drive thru literally a few minutes ago. Made my order and was told by the lady that the orange chicken will take a while so do I mind waiting? I replied that that was fine (as I only came for orange chicken). She then kept questioning if I wanted to wait for the orange chicken even after my order was complete. She made it very obvious to select something else. So I told her it’s fine if she doesn’t want to sell it to me and I’ll go elsewhere. I then drove off. Absolutely the worst customer service. If I’ve ordered the item and after multiple times confirming I will wait for it, why then proceed to keep asking me and making me feel uncomfortable? Get her off drive thru ASAP because I doubt she would have the balls to speak to customers to their faces like that.
Came with my daughter and best friend and had a great lunch.never disappoints. My daughter loves the fortune cookies, of course, and they kindly obliged and gave us extra.
I went to Panda Express Scottsdale Rd North of Thomas I was in a hurry to get to work I ordered using the Drive Thru. I got the meal #1 lo me in kun pau chicken, Beef and broccoli , appetizer and a drink . I am about to eat and they gave me broccoli with that one little piece of beef, not nice . I called the restaurant no one picked up the phone so for that reason I am given 1 star They give your food fast tho.
Why are you “out of x for today” at 5pm!?Update; guess which store was out of items on the menu AGAIN! Panda you’ve lost a customer. This is the 10th+ time they’ve been out of a menu item.Your restaurants should have enough stock for all items on the menu for your entire business day.
The dirtiest Panda Express I've ever been to. The girl cleaning with filthy gloves on started serving my food. They just don't care. Don't come here unless you don't mind the lack of sanitary standards
Terrible experience at this location. last night as my family and I reached the drive thru we noticed the car in front of us arguing with the drive thru employee, the car drove off without being able to order. Then it was our turn to order, as we were giving the employee our order she was VERY rude, cut us offs, didn't know what "half and half" meant. We reach the window to pay and she has us repeat our whole order, had a really bad attitude. I asked to speak with her manager, Billy. I asked Billy for the employees name and he said "Bianca." He was polite and unaware of the situation, was not aware her employee had a bad attitude and was rude. He offered to take our order again but at this point the whole experience was terrible, we asked for his RDO's name which is Kevin and will be reaching out to him. If you are having a bad day please do not take it out on your customers. -0/10 on this location.
On 5/15/22 I went to Panada Express and they messed my order up. When I asked for a refund, I was told to come back the next day. So today is 5/16/22. I go to get my refund.. the manager there said they try not to give refunds and could he give me something instead. I said Rangoons. .. long story short. The Rangoons we're old, cold, and hard as hell.
So yesterday when my husband went in to address the concern with the expiration of the chicken that was used, the manager was huffy, snappy and rude. Her name is Yani I believe. She also stated she does not have a corporate number and that we can google it. Unbelievable.
Stingy with their portions, can't even reach the minimum line, and when you ask for the Manager, she never shows up to talk to you. She just does not care about me as a Customer or my money. I wont go back. They need to do a better job. They need employees and a manager who care.
I went to this panda express this week. Just getting a snack before a meeting. I waited about 10min at the drive through ordering box then ordered spring rolls and crm cheese ragoons. I should know better but I left without checking the order and they replaced the ragoons with an item that was the same price. I don't think I will return to this Panda again.
