My family came to PF Changs in The Scottsdale Fashion Square mall area this evening. The host stand was kind and seated me immediately! Jonah was an excellent server. He was meticulous and friendly. He had great recommendations and made our evening a treat. Thank you so much!! We will definitely be back.
We will ordered dinner for delivery and extremely disappointed when it showed up. The servings were ridiculously small. The broccoli beef was so over cooked, it was burnt to a crisp. It was like beef jerky, only beef jerky tastes better. It was the worst broccoli beef I’ve ever had. We went with this place over the fast food option thinking we would be getting a better quality meal, however, that was not the case, we will save our money and go with the fast food option next time.
The service with Brook as our waitress was impeccable!! It was my friend’s birthday and she felt very special with the flame and free dessert. The chef made an older dish for her which was not on the menu and everything was so delicious!! Then they held our food while we went shopping which allowed us to order even more. When I arrived to pick it up there was no delay in retrieving it. They knew exactly who I was which made me feel like we were important to them.
We went out for Mother’s Day and everything was great until the main course was brought out. The chicken was horrible, it was mushy and tasted almost sour, and the garlic In it made it non palatable. Was not what I remember it from not too long ago. I asked if they changed their recipe and the waiter said yes. He offered me free cheesecake however I do not like cheesecake so I passed.

Server could have done better. She did not ensure the request for gluten free entree was ordered as such and friend had severe allergic reaction. We made special trip to PF Chang's because their menu meets all her allergy avoidance needs. She also did not return credit cards for two of the party, one of whom had an early flight and we have to mail back her card, and had to make a 40 minute trip to return to the restaurant before our flight.
