The lady bartender was very short with several customers and the had no problem expressing it with other to go customers…. I didn’t let it bother me… you just got no tip…..The Waiter there this pass Sunday afternoon was amazing very through and hospitable to his customers!! And the food was great!
Sam greeted us and sat us, very smiley happy manager. Cece our server was prompt and polite, could see her slow down a bit as we were there for dinner but still an awesome server!??First time I tried Carbonara and it was outta site absolutely delicious flavors!!Had a bad experience in Panama city fl olive garden so this was a pleasant surprise
Quite disappointed with service today at the Scottsdale location. We ordered to-go with ASAP pick up curbside. We were told 25 minutes. We arrived right on time. The order wasn’t ready at the curb. My husband went inside to pick up and the order wasn’t ready. I don’t believe the order had ever been started as he had to wait for almost 30 minutes. Won’t be trying this restaurant again for a while.
The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent and the portions seemed to be a little more than other locations, which is always good. I can also appreciate that this location is a little quieter than the others and we didn't have to wait to be seated on a holiday.
We went here after the funeral service for a friend. We had been expecting a lot more people. Even when just 5 of us showed up, they were so graciouswonderful to us. Cannot say enough good things about the waitress or the service.
Always solid choice goin to this olive garden. Friendly staff awesome food great atmosphere. The lunch duos are killer and knock the taste of Italian food out the park. I had the lasagna and salad duo lasagna is always a fantastic choice
Good soup, fresh salad, and the tour of Italy dish was tasty and rich. We had a huge party of like 25 and they handled it well. A good place to have a larger event. Reasonable price as well.
I used to love Olive Garden. The menu is too small these days. The prices are too high for what dishes they do have considering the portion size. Bread sticks have been stale, salad was swimming in dressing and getting refills can be hard depending on your server. And I hate, hate, hate those nasty table things they make you pay on. They are sticky and gross. No customer should have to touch it.
We haven't been to an olive garden in 4 or 5 years because of bad service and bad food. But this location changed our minds! The service was phenomenal and the food equally surprisingly good! The salad was crisp, tasty and Neverending. The pasta was perfect! We all three had different dishes and had to share a bite or two all around. GREATNESS!! I highly recommend this location! ?
My husband and I originally went to Cheesecake Factory to enjoy a nice dinner for our two year anniversary and once there found it to be an hour wait. We then decided to go to the Olive Garden here in Scottsdale which is the one we prefer to go to even though it’s a bit of a drive. We are so glad we made the drive because our server Jenae made our experience great! It is so hard to get good service these days and she exceeded great customer service. Smiling and very kind and to my surprise she is new but happened to know the drink I could not remember for the life of me. If you go to this Olive Garden ask to be served by Jenae as you will receive quality service! Also the manager was very very nice and I let him know about how awesome she was. Thanks Olive Garden!
