The staff is very welcoming and are always looking to help people with their nutrition and exercise. If you’re looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or focus on nutrition- this is the place to me. They also hold free workouts every morning at 7am! Vince and Tawnya are the best!
Vince is an amazing guy and always motivates people to be there best selves. The workouts are great and I really enjoy the community that this company has built. Teas are great too !

As as small business owner myself, I see prices change constantly, supplies get more expensive so having a menu with static prices sometimes doesn’t serve the business well. WARNING: this is an MLM Herbalife SCAM! Herbalife uses ingredients that are not stable & these restaurants are not regulated by the health department, because they are considered “health clubs” that is why they do not have menu prices. They consider your purchases “membership’s” to their clubs. Also notice how the inside is not visible from the street! All because they are running a SCAM business! These places have dairy, fruits, yogurts. All ingredients that you don’t want to consume when unregulated. BEWARE.
This place uses herba life powder which is an MLM won’t be returning here for their scams or lies. I DESPISE PYRAMID SCHEMES!! No thank you!

As a small business owner and undercover sports nutritionalist and PT, I can appreciate the knowledge of the quality ingredients they use and the personal experience you get when you visit. I ordered the cinnamon toast protein shake, it was delicious. Andy and Viny were super friendly and kind. They have an amazing service. It's a really good experience since you enter the store until you leave.
