I love the white chocolate raspberry cake! The different sizes are nice and the packaging ties everything together.
On 4/23 I went in to pick up an online order that I had placed weeks advance. I had to wait for a while and the order was missing a few items. BUT after speaking with the district manager, he assured me that the team was spoken to and will not let that happen again. Since they were willing to admit the mistake and take actions to rectify it, I was happy to update my review. I will say that the items we did receive were delicious and enjoyed by our family and friends.

Whenever I have a special event I always choose nothing bundt cakes! I have been to this location many times throughout the years. (My daughters birthday 3x, my friends birthday twice- which she has ordered bundt cakes from since trying them and just this weekend I picked up bundtini's for my so's birthday- which we ate some on the way to Payson and hopefully will have some left by his birthday ??.I will always choose this location just for that reason, as I have never had a bad bundt cake I've seen instances where customers have been rude and never any workers, everyone is human and who knows what the worker may have been going through so for the bad reviews and future customers I would also try taking that into consideration!
Great products, expensive, often long waits ie 20-30 min so order ahead.
Ordered a delivery for my boyfriends birthday. The delivery guy was so nice and friendly! Our cake was wonderful I recommended ordering it chilled it came so moist and the frosting was delicious! Absolutely no problems when it was delivered which I was worried about! I will be ordering more cakes for every occasion from this location! Thank you!
The cake is so moist and flavorful and so many flavors it is hard to choose. They even have a gluten free option that is so delicious (for those who eat gluten free there was NO sandy finish on this cake, it was smooth and buttery) If you need decorations they have that also or if you forgot a card. Excellent customer service and fantastic cakes YUM!!!!
The representative answering the phone at this location is very RUDE. She didn't take the time to help or understand my question, and she was dismissive. I would save yourself a trip and go to a different location, like the Indian Schoollocation, where they are kind and considerate. I live 5 minutes from here, and I will be driving further out to a location with better customer service!
The location at Scottsdale Rd and Frank Lloyd Wright is A+! I was delighted to receive the most amazing / outstanding service today from Maureen and Margie! I felt like I was back in the Midwest interacting with the most friendly and trustworthy people ever. Thank you for helping me get what I needed quickly and making it so easy. We were invited to a local friend’s place for dinner, and being out-of-towners, we were certainly glad to have found this Bakery practically next door to our hotel. We bought a box of 12 Bundtinis with assorted flavors to carry with us. The family who had kids really enjoyed them very much. Plus, we picked up two cupcakes -- Vanilla and Chocolate -- for us to have as dessert in our hotel for the next day. Every item was moist, creamy and delicious. The Store also has other cute ceramic stuff that we bought as additional add-on gifts. Wish we had a unique place like this close to our home.
