Food was good, dishes did not come all at the same time and partially cold or not cooked as ordered. Staff reacted well and did replace and in the end not even charge one entree. Food quality in Nobu Marbella and London significantly better.

Nobu is generally my favorite restaurant. But this was very disappointing. The chefs seem to have limited compared to the ones at other Nobuâs and couldnât make any modifications for dietary restrictions. Not something you expect from a high-end restaurant or at Nobu in particular. But the manager was nice.
Unfortunately, we had an awful experience last night at Nobu. The service was by far the worst service the 4 of us have experienced, it was uncomfortably warm in the restaurant, and it took 30 minutes just to get our first drink and 25 minutes to get our second drink. It wasnât busy by any means and when we went to look at the bartenders to see if they were really that busy â no, they were not. In fact, two of the bartenders were just standing there talking to each other. We also asked if there was anyway they could turn the air down and the server said, âI know, weâve been experiencing this for a few weeks.â She then walked over to who appeared to be a manager and she rolled her eyes and neither of them came to speak to us again. The entire experience was a complete and total let down. We have no desire to return to Nobu â we enjoyed our food, but with the service and attitude from the servers + manager, it doesnât matter how good the food is because the experience was horrendous. Hopefully they can put more focus into the customer experience so others donât have to go through what the 4 of us did.
My daughter & I were so disappointed! Ambiance was like a cafeteria, the food definitely wasnât worth the cost as it was so dry and not flavorful. The restaurant was very hot, so we were miserable as we were sweating during dinner. Definitely not what we expected.
Excellent food, seating a bit uncomfortable and tables too close.
We always feel spoiled and well taken care of and food o a beyond amazing.
