Went to Nespresso for the first time (My husband and I JUST purchased a Nespresso Vertuo) yesterday and my experience was AWFUL. It felt so sales-y and the lady that helped us just seemed annoyed and bothered that we were there and weren’t experts and knew exactly what we wanted. She tried forcing us into buying 5 for a free sleeve and at first we went with it and then were like wait.. no. We just want to try a few. It was so terrible that I don’t think I’ll ever step foot in a store again and just buy from a Facebook group or online. (Posted this in a group as well and it seems like a lot of people have this experience). So upsetting, we were so excited to go.Hope whoever helped us name can be looked up and retrained.

I went to the store about 2 weeks ago and got one of the new flavors. They would not let us try the flavor. So I asked the lady helping me and I asked her a few questions such as how strong the flavor was. I have both machines so I asked her which one would work better w the strength of the flavor. She told me the original. I went to return it and I have only once returned anything once before there. The last time they took it even tho I didn’t have a receipt and it was months later. When we went to return the sleeve today they were sampling the flavor that I was returning after they told me I could not get it sampled. We waited in line and usually the line goes fast but today it was taking forever. They would not let me return or get store credit and the lady was rude she just stared at us didn’t even ask if there was anything else she could try and do for us. So we left without even getting the coffee that I was planning on getting even before I was going to return this sleeve

Beautiful store and we love Nespresso! We have been a fan for a few years now. However, this trip was super disappointing. ? We made a special trip back tonight since last Sunday was so busy you couldn’t even get i to the store!Our visit: Friday, May 6th at around 7:45-8:00pmUpon arrival, both sales people were checking out customers and there were no other customers in the store. We waited for about 15 min. One gentleman, Nick, came over with 3 other customers and offered a tasting. I specifically said, I know what I want to purchase and thanked him for the tasting. Then I asked for the Mother’s Day special gift set. He went in the back to check stock and they were all sold out.I started to ask for the sleeves I was interested in and that I’m ready to check out. He told me that I would have to go to the back of the line. which by the way, there was not a line when we arrived, but in just a few minutes, it became about 10 people deep “after” we came in. We waited patiently only to be told that because I was at the tasting area, that I could not make a purchase. I explained that we were next in line. I only took the tasting because he offered. He was extremely rude and walked away. Needless to say, everyone witnessed my embarrassment and we left quietly. I will never return to this store and I will never recommendpeople to go here. I’ll look for other options.Obviously it’s tough getting employees that provide great customer service these days.

Went in to buy some pods, I listened to a saleslady explain to someone else about the flavors and I grabbed the ones I likes. All the people on the cash registers were busy and so I waited for my turn. One register opened up and the older genleman walked towards the back. He comes back and I make eye contact and he ignores me and walks past me. Another younger sales then walks past me and asks someone else if they need help. I put the pods I was going to buy back and walked out. Of the 4 or more sales staff at the time not once did anyone acknowledge me. I get better service at Wal-mart. Its so much easier to buy online.

Bought a Vertuo system for the 14.4 oz. cups, 7.7 is just too small. They make a new machine that does 18 oz. pour over, so they discontinue the 14.4 so that we have to buy a new machine. Too late for a refund :( Buy from a competitor that doesn’t do bait and switch.

Please just let us pick our own coffee. Having to wait forever for someone to make up their mind because you individually serve people is so aggravating. Other Nespresso stores just have shelves with products you can easily and quickly pick out. I want a fast experience.

It can be convenient to order online and get the Nespresso capsules at home but the experience of coming in is always worth it. The staff is always pleasant and the free sample is always fantastic!

This location is busy so be friendly if you visit:)The staff is great. We had an amazing experience with Amy! I can't say enough great things. She has a wonderful personality and positive attitude.The store also offers the option to try out the coffees, we did not try any during our visit but love that they offered it. Highly recommend!

Went in last weekend and their system was down. Even though the line was done the employees were so sweet and letting us taste coffees. When I went up to order I was telling the rep that I threw away a special part of the machine and I was interested in ordering. When she came back with my order, the queen , came back with the part I needed. She was amazing and I didn’t have to pay for it and she was so sweet! This was my first time in and I will be coming back in soon.

Set up like a bar, this location is an order at the coffee-tender type of setup. There are 3 desks to order at if there are enough employees working. On Saturdays there is a line but it goes kinda fast.
