I place an online order with estimated time. I arrived on time but had to wait another 10 minutes more and in fact customers you came when I did got their drink while I waited. When I brought up my wait concerns the employee proceeded to talk back with a tone! As I walked out he yelled after me to ‘enjoy my last drink’. I emailed Nekter and did get a response from management. Unfortunately the whole experience left a bad taste! A little bit of empathy and a lot of ‘I’m sorry, we will try to coordinate better’ would’ve gone a long ways before things escalated. I’m loyal and I over tip but when I get yelled at by employee who wants to get the last word in front of others is not a place I will spend my money. If you plan to order online, don’t and be wary of the customer service.

There are PLENTY of good Nektar's out there but this one is by far the worst. Where do I start -- *POORLY* managed, all workers who looked like it was their first day except its like that everyday. My bowl didn't even have granola in it, let alone the water thin liquid smoothie I received. Not to add the little to no consideration towards the issue.
This Nektar location is very clean, friendly and professional. Keep up the good work!

Beware! The location on Frank Lloyd Wright in the Safeway shopping center is one to avoid. The call in order taker substituted a different drink than we ordered because they no longer make the one we wanted even though it’s clearly still on their menu (I’m referring to the Slender Greens). This was NOT COMMUNICATED TO MY DAUGHTER when the order was placed. I verified and confirmed that with her when I arrived home with the drinks. I paid $28 for the three drinks. You would expect some type of compensation (any type would have been fine), even $5 off would have worked but a complimentary drink would have been very appreciated. Instead the owner Kari argued with me about what occurred.Having no customer courtesy whatsoever is no way to run a business, especially these days while we are all in Covid recovery. As a result, Kari just lost 2 regular customers, my daughter and me. I’ll drive past this location and give my hard earned money to a business who appreciates their clients any day of the week.
