HORRIBLE!! Went to pick up an order ahead item and it wasn't ready when I got there. They were busy, so understandable. I'm told my order is almost ready. I watch the girl try to juggle taking orders and making them so am not surprised they are backed up. HOWEVER I start to notice that the people coming in and placing their orders are getting theirs and leaving. After this happened a couple of times I then ask about my order being that my order was placed at least a half hour before theirs!! The same person that had told me a few times that my order was almost ready now acts like she has no idea what I am talking about!! At this time I have invested almost 45 minutes since the order was placed and I am fed up and leave! Service is ALWAYS horrible at this location. I get it if she is trying to juggle the register and making orders thus I have to wait, but I should not be told my order is almost ready numerous times (it was not that big of an order) while watching others come in order and leave!!
Anytime you are craving some healthy fresh smoothie this will be the place to go. The menu is on the higher end so if you’re on a cheap date budget for it. This is my first time there. I really liked the different fruit flavors available. I ordered the newest item on the board it had some dragon fruits in it. Super mouth watering. My friend ordered the mango flavor, he liked it. I was actually very hungry after a hike I was surprised the smoothie filled me up. Outside seating was nice. I’ll go again. If you’re new to Scottsdale there’s Plenty of parking spaces and other shops around this area.
I love this place so much, I just wish they were closer to home (seattle)..hint hint.
