The restaurant was very clean the bathroom was very clean, The witches was very respectful she look like she had a good hygiene. The food was warm very delicious and fresh thank you guys
Let's see I went thru drive thru was 11.am ordered breakfast.paid at 1st window guy was awesome. Then went to 2nd window she didn't acknowledge i was sitting there no hello nothing .. received my Sandwich didn't receive a receipt so I asked for one and the lady at the window was rude she came back and handed me receipt and closed window.. wow.. ..I won't return ..
It's McDonald's. Go inside to skip the drive thru line and wait til everyone gets through with their break after dealing woth the drive thru line.McDonald's food is garbage just like you remember it, but now twice the price!
If the lobby is open you will get awesome service the staff there is very friendly and the service is as fast as it can be. They have a busy drive thru most of the time in the morning during lunch and dinner but even that is pretty quick . Quicker than others I've been to. So all in all it very clean people are nice and service is good . I'd recommend this one as opposed to others in the neighborhood.
It is shocking how busy this Hayden and McDowell location is.The inside is fine except half the time the doors are locked.Their drive up is a nightmare, it is usually so backed up you can't get through to go to Walgreen's.The drive up line is snail slow.The breakfast sandwiches are good but the burgers are awful,their new chicken sandwich is way overpriced and about half as good as Popeye's ! Oreo Flurry is good.NO senior discount !!!! This place is far more trouble than its worth. It is close to where I live otherwise I would never go here.
OMG!! I LOVE french fries!! That night we decided to get McDonald's, we got home and started eating. My boyfriend poured his fries out of his box and there was a fried bug. I told him let me take it back n get our money back. He said no. We are not going back there to eat. I was so disappointed!! Not McDonald's!! But I'm not gonna have to look at my food first to make sure theres something else that's not suppose to be in it.
So I just got my order out of the bag and this is their large fry half gone haha
wanted 25 minutes for a mobile order on Sunday at 930pm. inside closed and no car side for Mobil. and my order was wrong. crispy chicken deluxe, med fry and diet coke should not be hard to mess up.
Almost every time my fiance and I go here, the doors are locked and we are unable to get into the store and get some food. The one time we did go in we ordered food to be delivered to our table and the just left it on the front counter without saying anything. That last part was several months ago so it may not be like that anymore.
DONT COME HERE IF U DONT HAVE TIME TO WAIT.. The girl in the drive thru who wears glasses and always there in drive thru has poor customer service and is not very friendly. Also, I ask her for no salt fries and she gives cold salty fries. This drive thru is always long so you woul think the order would be right. I really wish there was another McDonald's over here.
