What a mess this location has become! Rude staff! Awful food preparation! Half-filoed frys, so much condiment it required a TON of napkins! Relatively flavorless food. Super slow service! McDonalds has gone downhill so fast at pretty much every location. I don't know that I'll ever patronize one again!
This has got to be the worst Mc Donald’s on the planet, I ordered a number 1 large I get a small fri and the young man that gave it to me did not even say thank you for coming. So I go inside get it fixed and not one of the ladies in the Blue shirts even acknowledge me for 5 minutes so I walked out, then I get home to this is my big Mack. When we are paying $10 for food and the people making it don’t even care enough to make it right this is the last time I will give you any more money.
I go through their drive-thru because it's convenient and near my house. During the last four visits the food has been wronged and the worst part about it was like the picture above, bun upside down and sauce on the top of the bun. When I asked for the correct order they acted like I was crazy. Why does corporate not know about this store? I guess they don't care. They won't even answer the phone or return their messages! Worst McDonald's store ever!
I ordered two LARGE #5s and a 4 piece nugget. Why my bag got burgers, sandwiches, and MEDIUM fries? Then I walk up to the window, tell them it's wrong and they give me cold "large" fries (The fries were filled halfway) when they "fix it." On top of everything, they forget the 4 piece that they somehow got right the first time.
I stopped by here this morning as I usually do once per month after a doctor's appointment nearby. I couldn't figure out right away what was different but I knew something was up when I pulled into the parking lot. Then it dawned on me, there's not a single car in the drive-thru and there is just one construction crew in the parking lot. I go inside and there's not a single order on the screens at 7:30 in the morning on a weekday. Not one time in my entire life of going to this McDonald's have I ever seen that. Apparently these restaurants are having such a tough go of it that they can't afford to hire people to take your order anymore either. There's a sign on the register that says you have to order at the kiosk. I work with computers for a living so I'm not afraid of these things but I am afraid of horrible design, and these things are designed horribly so I prefer not to use them. I placed my order for an egg McMuffin meal, that's an egg McMuffin, a hash brown, and a small orange juice. After tax it was over $10. Okay, now I understand why the parking lot was empty and nobody was in the drive-thru. Looks like this is my last trip to a fast-food restaurant for the foreseeable future. The whole point of these restaurants is to make you quick, cheap food. When you want to cook me breakfast for $10, I'll make it myself thanks. I'm with everybody else, apparently, screw this place. I hope they go out of business. Almost forgot, when I walked into the restaurant, there was a homeless person sitting at one of the tables out front, dry heaving repeatedly. It sounded disgusting. You're going to charge me this much money for cheap quality food and dry heaving homeless out front? What a bargain.
Manager at night discriminates against the LGBTQ+ community. Made myself and my friend wait 30+ minutes for a hot n spicy and proceeeded to try and kick us out without giving us our food. Absolutely unacceptable. Would not recommend going to this McDonald's unless you want to be harassed for ordering food here and he discriminated against.
They made me the wrong burger. I asked for them to fix it. The guy asked me if I could just eat it anyway. I told him I wanted a new one, made correctly. He acted as if he couldn't. The supervisor was able to correct it.
This McDonalds use to be somewhat average, however, recently it has turn to something terrible. Employees are constantly rude and forget items. Wait time is extremely long and/ or always closed early. I understand working late and dealing with incoherent customers can be frustrating and/ or overwhelming but this employees need some customer service training. Constantly giving me and others customers unnecessary attitude or cussing people out. I work until about 3am in Scottsdale and go here often for dinner but never have I been treated, as a customer, this way. This McDonald’s needs to close or replace the current employees ASAP!
Everything is trash including the employees. Do not go here. The Employees are rude as heck and I guarantee you that they will forget your items. I am very surprised that this McDonalds hasn’t closed due to garbage food, garbage service and garbage employees and I do not feel bad saying that.
It looked closed but wasn't.(. I always order "extra, extra, extra, extra pickles'.... They did not disappoint. I know this McDonald's was, at one time, owned by my homie's uncle. Im not sure if it still is but customer service has always been on point.FUN FACT:This wasn't always a McDonalds. I know they have a basement where the walk-in/freezer is located. They have to run up and down the stairs every time if they need to grab more product.
