This place was fun Saturday until we visited on Sunday and came across this DOOR GUY that was claiming he was a manager. He has no manners and is a liar, he tried scamming me and my group of friends a few hundred dollars after one of his other door guys told us it was a different lower price. One of my friends that was already in brought me and my friends bracelets that he had saved for us and the guy pictured got mad and still try to make us pay. Also he only wanted cash, which was very sketchy since we paid with card the day before. Be careful with this guy, he will talk to you disrespectfully when you’re being respectful. Boy was yelling for no reason and clearly losing his temper when he wasn’t getting what he wanted. I am not sure how this place employs people like that, I will be telling others not to visit this place when they go and visit Scottsdale.

The red headed bouncer is extremely racist. He specifically did not let a group of my friends in who happen to be black. But proceeded to let a group of white people in before and after us. He does not need to be working here

Much like others have mentioned. Buying a ticket here is absolutely worthless… my group spent $360 buying 6 tickets for Saturday night admission (June 25th) for my birthday. There was no headlining DJ but I figured for my birthday, why not. We entered and didn’t even need the tickets and i didn’t see anyone else pay at the entrance. It was also fairly empty and the DJ played terrible music, switching between several genres throughout the night.

Maya Dayclub is a party spot that starts early on in the day and lasts until the early morning. It's pretty large inside, with lots of tables you can buy ahead of time with bottle service, the multiple bars, or just tons of standing room around the giant pool in the middle. The pool itself has tons of chlorine in it (for great reasons since it can get gross fast) so all things considered it's in good shape. They have food here and it's not overpriced which is nice. Drinks at the bar that aren't bottles are also decently priced. Service overall is good, but some servers struggle at doing their job so it makes it tough to fully enjoy your time.Speaking of, my one big gripe is that we were never given a physical menu by our first server (she got changed out to someone way better) and we were told to scan the QR code on the table. DON'T scan that code because apparently it's a super old menu that they don't honor. So while we were a few hours in, we found out that all the bottles we were getting were about $200-$250 more each, which added up very quickly when you have 14 people.

This is the only nightclub I will go to in Scottsdale. The best looking crowd and the best music BY FAR in the area. Yes, the bouncers can be rude and yes, the line can get long. But isn't that every good nightclub? Relax and enjoy a good time.

Purchased a table and everything was going great. The club was absolutely boring with nobody there as we arrived and we brought in a good vibe, a lot of people followed. Unfortunately, the security team in this club have huge egos and will kick you out because they feel like it. We were causing no problems but were told to leave by security guards who were clearly inebriated. How am I being accused of being too drunk by security guard who is slurring his words? This place needs to get their security team in check. Ruined our night and wasted our time. Avoid if you plan on having a good time.

DO NOT GO HERE - FALSE ADVERTISING. I wish I could give this place a zero star rating. The table reservations aren’t real. My friends and I made a reservation for 16 people for bottle service last Saturday and when we showed up at noon (all they said was we needed to arrive before 1 pm) we were told to stand in a “VIP” line that was twice as long as the general admission line. At first we thought it was a mistake, but talking with other people in line we realized they all had “reservations” too. After about 45 min of waiting in line, we finally got to the door and the doorman told us he was sorry but they didn’t have any tables left. We tried to explain we made a reservation in advance (over a month in advance) but he said it didn’t matter and that it was first come first serve. Mind you, there were probably 50+ people in line behind us who were about to be told the same thing. Clearly this club operates by overselling tables and then waiting to see who shows up. That’s fine if you want to run your business that way but be up front about it and tell people when they book the reservation that that’s the case. We would have decided to take our $4,000 minimum elsewhere. Also, after finally getting inside (with no table) it was nothing special. A lot smaller than it looks in pictures, unclean, and def not as nice as some of the other pool bars in Scottsdale. Trust me on this one - I wish I had believed some of the bad reviews I read before we went. Unless you’re planning on getting in with general admission (which is also overpriced in my opinion), it’s not worth your time.

We were in a group of 10 for a bachelor party, all was going good as we were the first to arrive and we bought bottle service for 2k. Before the party really even got going, I simply jumped in the pool to cool off. I was swarmed by 3 security guards who tell me I have to leave, not sure why, I ask what they mean. I was then told that “diving” isn’t allowed. I respond, “okay but I didn’t dive and only jumped in.” They do not let me speak simply tell me I have to go. On the walk out, I explain that I am sorry I didn’t know this was such a big deal, and that it won’t happen again. They then tell me that if I was to join my friends, I just pay a fine of $100. I agree and am escorted to an ATM. One security guard tells me I can venmo instead. I agree to this as well. His name is Zeke Benn. So I Venmo’d this random security guard what in hindsight was literally a bribe in order to go back in. I wonder if the managers know this is going on. Over all, nice place but definitely left there feeling very extorted.

So much fun. Winter or summer.Love it there.Best service in old Town.

I was told multiple times before going we had to buy tickets. When I asked the bouncer where do I bring them to he cracked up in my face. I bought 6 tickets for the 6 girls in our bachelorette party to make sure we could get in to start the first impression with being laughed at. Never in my life would I expect that from someone. So save yourself some money and don’t buy the tickets no matter what they say. You don’t even need to rent a table but whoever controls their texting says you do too. It’s all a big sham to get money from out of towners. Extremely disappointed in the way I was treated. I just wanted my bride to have a good time.
