Food was outstanding. Service not quite what we have become use to. I feel they might be understaffed.
1st time visiting a Mastros after many recommendations to do so. When we got to the table we noticed a large bug in one of the glasses. They quickly changed out the glass but not until we pointed it out. We ordered the shrimp cocktail as a appetizer which was excellent. Wife ordered The petite filet which was cooked perfectly. I ordered the bone in ribeye medium rare and most of the outside was pretty chard which was not to my liking for a high-end steakhouse. The ribeye was over cooked and on most bites tasted like char. Was disappointed in my steak considering all the high praise for the restaurant but will be willing to give it another shot next time we are in town. Overall we were happy with the experience.
