Amazing. Always consistent with everything!
The food was good ...I walked through the the door and we had a party of 9 and the first thing I noticed was how HOT it was ....We sat down ordered drinks everything was good but was sweating...I asked the server if the were having problems with the A/C he said yes ...At this point they probably should have closed the restaurant but money is too important ...I did not enjoy my food cause I was too hot..sweating the whole time....At the end of the night told the manager and he agreed they did nothing about it , will not go back.
Our server Guiseppe was outstanding. He and his support staff were quick and very hospitable. He truly made our evening a 5 star experience along the high quality food and beverage we all enjoyed!
So I decided to take my wife to Mastros for our 2 year anniversary. Our overall opinion was that it was ok. Not terrible but not great either. We started of our night with some bread they brought to our table, which for the most part was good. Except for some pretzel bread in the batch that was over salted. The only downfall was that this wasn't complimentary, although they make it seem like it is since they bring it to you without you asking for it, $5 charge, no big deal. We then ordered the Scallops for our appetizer. The scallops itself were very good although I feel it needed more of a sear but that's just me. Overall the scallops were 4/5. Then we dive into our main entrees. I had the bone in ribeye while my wife had the chicken with sides of mac and cheese and the garlic mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, they over cooked my steak but kudos to our server since he was attentive of my displeasure. Upon waiting for my re-fired steak it took about 5-10 minutes, meanwhile our side dishes got cold. Overall, our thoughts on the chicken was that it was ok. Nothing spectacular about it. My steak was good but not sure if I'd go back to this steakhouse upon craving an expensive steak. Mac n cheese was simple. Garlic mashed potatoes seemed average as well. At the end of the night we were surprised with a free dessert so that was a very nice gesture on their end. Going back to the cold sides, management was also outstanding by comping those sides. Overall, I give it 3 stars. Not terrible but not great. Their service is spot on but food can be better in my opinion. I would also suggest maybe making special events feel a bit more special. Something as simple as adding special décor for the table and making you feel special opposed to the rest that go and dine in for a casual dinner.
They made me feel special, it was a well deserved. The waiters was nice and made sure to keep checking on me. I was very happy with the food and where i was placed to eat
My favoriten restaurant in the valley. It is definitely luxury and cost but well worth it!!
Overall very good! The tables are a little close together making it difficult for the wait staff to get where the need to be without being in too close proximity to other guests. The dress code not enforced at all. The food was fantastic! Our server did a great job.
I really liked the fillet it was very soft and tender and easy to cut into. I felt very fancy for a night, the staff was very nice.
Was a great place for a family celebration. Will definitely return.
Loved it! Butter cake was to die for!
