I ordered Southwest bowl, but the rice/grain mix was still hard not fully cooked. Other than that it was delicious.
Ive come here a few times, no more than 5 times. I work up the street within walking distance. I get an hour lunch, so I enjoy that. Anyways, i rate this a 2 star because of the people that work here. The food is great, but I dont like the customer service I’ve encountered so far. Not one good experience with them. Decent is a better word, but not good.My first time was the worse because the girl that or prepped my salad looked as if she was having a bad day and didnt want to make my food for me. But She did, but didnt ring me up, and just put my plate by the register and walked off without a word. so I’m just standing there thinking she’s gonna come back at some point. Nope. So some random other person rung me up.I never get an “Hi, Welcome to Mad Greens”, or “Hi, welcome in” or “Hey. How’s it going? What can i get started for you?” All the faces are as if they don’t wanna be there, as if its tension. The manager I’m assuming is this white lady who never smiles as well. The mood is off at this place I dunno whats going on. I like the style/set up and atmosphere of the place. But with the mood off and mediocre customer service, makes me wanna go elsewhere. Salad N’ Go, whole Foods Market, etc.Also when leaving the plates, bowls, and silverware are always packed to the rim, some tables are not wiped off. Poor Management is probably what the issue is here. This is Scottsdale man. Upper echelon of Phoenix, get some better people in here. These people here act as if this is 19th and Indian school road or something. GEEZ.

Don’t put a new person behind the line making the food. Forgot to add the rice so when they went back to add it, right on top, it didn’t have enough dressing when I ordered it to have medium dressing. It wasn’t really enjoyable.

I understand that things can happen with an order- but, just try and call these guys...took 2 calls and they wound up transferring me to Door Dash- it was not Dor Dash's fault. Mad Greens ignored my requests- left ingredients out of the salad, left off dressings that were ordered ...and packaged it so poorly, that one of the dressings they did put in opened and spilled all over the bad inside. Arguably the most aggravating experience I have had with take-out in 2 years!! A mess. Thank you Door Dash...appreciate the credit. That said, this place is not worth dealing with for free!
Today was my first time trying MAD Greens and I loved it. I had a spicy Ty Cobb salad and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. I'll definitely be back!!
We were visiting the Scottsdale are and really wanted a good salad. We found this place and the salad was good and they had fairly fresh ingredients. When we arrived all the three staff members where in the back and I could see at least two on their phones. The trash was about to overflow from the trash cans . Many of the tables had not been cleaned and there were numerous bowls sitting in the return bin. They had plenty of workers but they were not doing what they were hired to do. The place was just dirty from people not doing their job !
Sunday night felt like having a salad, got there at 815pm ( the close at 830pm) and both doors are locked. Why post hours if you don't intend on staying open those hours? Unprofessional
