This place was absolutely horrible!!!!If I could give this place zero stars I would.1st: They served Garlic Knots as we bit into it the inside was cold it also came from and old bowl that’s been sitting out.They put our garlic knots in the “ MICROWAVE “ tasted old and greasy2nd: They also charged us 2 dollars for 4 slices of tomatoes freaking tomatoes !!!!3rd: The Marinara sauce taste store bought and it was super gross.4. The table smelled like unwashed towels, which made it very uncomfortable to eat.5. The Customer Service was 3rd World absolutely garbage.6. The eggplant parm was epically disgusting it had zero taste and the eggplant was burnt.7. We called to voice our concerns after we left feeling Sick from the oily and overcooked disgusting food. As we where talking to the manager he wasn’t even apologetic about the terrible experience we had. He literally said to bad.8. The restaurant booths had holes in the seats covered with duck tape on it.9. We will never return to that godforsaken restaurant it’s a terrible example of an Italian establishment.10. Don’t waste your money or time at this place.
I’ve been eating at this restaurant for more than twenty years. I take my family there for every chance I get. I eat there almost every week. It’s a good thing I don’t live closer because I would be as big as a barn.My four boys are now men and are always jealous of me eating there. Of course I share my location every time.
Lorenzo's is one of our favorite restaurants and the prices are amazing. Last night was pizza with friends. We ended up getting three pizzas, three bottles of wine and the BBQ Chicken pizza was a big hit. So many gourmet or regular pizzas to choose from. The garlic knots are out of this world. On other nights one of my frequent choices in the bolognese with fettuccine. Just typing this, I am ready to go back. I think we have been here at least 75-100 times over the years.
Good food, okay everything else. We had a couple of pizzas, garlic knots, and a pasta dish. Everything tasted great. The restaurant isn't very large, and it filled up quickly, and became pretty loud. We really couldn't have a conversation without nearly yelling. The wait staff did well until the very end when no one would come by to give us a check. I ended up walking to the front for it after 15 minutes. And it was one of those things where they brought the check to two other tables that were done after us, but they just kept skipping past us. It's too bad because that really pushed the experience from pretty good to meh. Next time we'll order take out.

Had a wonderful experience eating on the patio with my family. Hard to find true tasting Italian classics but this place beat all expectations. Not just one plate was good but literally everything we ordered. They do it right! I had linguini and clams which was delicious and finished it off with an incredible slice of homemade tiramisu ?? Johnny, our waiter who took care of us was incredibly helpful and very friendly as well. So happy I found this place as it’s one of my favorites in AZ! Five stars all the way around!
Love this pizza place and it's a regular lunch stop. However we ordered delivery and I was disappointed. The lasagna was watery and the portion size was disappointing. Pizza was good. I wouldn't order take out from them in the future but they will be my go to for a quick slice at lunch.
Just moved here hoping to find a new pizza spot. I ordered at 630....it's 815 and it's still not here. Maybe I'll give another star if it ever gets here? I only like 3 mins away. Regardless, I'm doing Rosatis or Grimaldis next time.

Went to their website to try to order food. Website had a family deal listed for 29.95. I called them to order for pickup and was informed that they don't have this deal anymore even though it is listed on their website!! The woman i talked to did not care about that and was not willing to honor this deal. When asked to talk to someone she said she would tell Lorenzo that customer was not happy but did not apologize or seem to care that was not happy. I used to love this place, but I will probably find a new place to get my pizza going forward!!
