Absolutely delicious. I ordered their orange chicken lunch special, and the chicken was very crispy and flavorful, and the steamed veggies were done perfectly, not too soft, but not too crunchy. I went with level 3 of 4 for the spiciness, and it has a kick to it. The service was also great. They were very friendly, and my order was ready very quickly. I will definitely be back again soon.Update: went back today and got the panang curry chicken, and was not disappointed. Excellent flavor, lots of big pieces of chicken, lots of peanuts, the green beans were very fresh, and the vegetables were cooked perfect, with a nice little snap. The heat was perfect too.
I love coming here. The food is delicious and fresh. The restaurant itself is cute and well maintained. The owners and staff are very friendly. I would recommend this restaurant and even say it’s the best Thai food in the area.
The food was phenomenal, and the service was even better. The servers made me feel right at home. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel they definitely deserve it. Having just moved to Arizona, it is refreshing to make acquaintance with some friendly faces. I was told that the restaurant was family-owned and operated. Even better. Looking forward to dining here again!
La's Thai is a quiet hidden little gem in the Scottsdale area just off the 101 and Raintree. I first stopped in with a friend, and have been hooked ever since. Extremely friendly staff, willing to converse with you if time allows, or willing to leave you to your thoughts if you prefer.The food is incredible, and well worth your time! I've been coming here almost ritually every Sunday or so it's to the point where I'd consider myself a regular. Truthfully I cannot say enough about the staff of either of the two locations. I'll continue to visit and eventually branch out from my orders to try the various dishes that are offered.I would absolutely encourage anyone looking for a blissful and tantalizing meal to stop by if you find yourself in the area, or better yet make it a point to give a new restaurant a taste!
My favorite Thai place around town.The taste is very authentic, and the atmosphere is cozy, it even feels like you're eating at someone's house.Great carry-out option too.
Been wanting to try this place for a few weeks. The food is very fresh and tasty. Fresh Rolls with Shrimp were the freshest I’ve had anywhere in Scottsdale! The Red Curry is very good with perfect spice level (I got 3 and it’s pretty spicy, so be sure what you can tolerate and order accordingly). I didn’t enjoy the wine though, it tasted pretty vinegary to me (Merlot) and I tasted the Red Blend-tasted the same. So I don’t recommend getting wine here, at least not the Reds!The dining area is split between front and back, it’s fairly bright in front and quite dark in back. Going to restroom was completely dark (scary)! I was in on Monday evening around 7pm and it was pretty dead inside with a few picking up or ordering carry out. I hope they get more business as the food is quite good! They have a pretty large and varied menu-lots to choose from and a little confusing at first. Plenty of parking as it’s in a shopping center (Savers). Hidden in the back corner. If you love Thai food, give this place a try and support local!
There are very few times where I walk out of a restaurant absolutely WOW'd by my experience! To the sweet staff who assisted me this evening, you truly made my day! Not only is La Thai Cuisine's food absolutely phenomenal and packed with care, the customer service is absolutely top tier! I have never felt so welcomed into a restaurant before! While I waited on my to-go order, I spoke with the sweetest gal at the front counter who truly just brightened my day! We need more people like her in the world! It's safe to say, we will be back for more business! Thank you so much for the delicious food and amazing hospitality! :)
Food was awesome but the service was not the best. We were told to pick up our takeout and and it would be 1h and 30m and upon arrival we waited in the parking lot for an additional hour.
This is our fave Thai place in S'dale. Both the North location and the south location are excellent. The curries are awesome and the pad thai noodles rate with the best.
If you sometimes just want to chill, eat, and drink a couple of beers, then go to La's Thai Cuisine. The atmosphere there is relaxing and quiet, the food is delicious, and the prices are great! Two soups, some shrimp rolls, and a couple beers for only $34! (Before tips ?)
