Worst Teppanyaki experience weâve had here, or anywhere. Unfortunately, our chef (although nice) was clearly new and just didnât have any personality. There was no show- just someone cooking awkwardly in front of us. Some of the food was good, some was over cooked⦠not the âfunâ birthday celebration we had imagined.
We had a great time celebrating 2 21st bdays.
We didnât get seated until 30 minutes after our reservation time and then we sat there for another 45 before our food started to be prepared. The food was just so-so on taste as well and our cook was not very energetic. After all that, our bill was ridiculously higher than what we thought it would be based on the online menu vs their actual menu and no free drink refills apparently. The bathrooms were hot and broken. Overall, terrible service and horrible wait times.
Our first time at Kyoto, food was mediocre. Our waitress Cameron was not very knowledgeable or helpful but the tepanyaki chef Logan saved the evening. We took our family from Europe there for the last dinner so a bit disappointed. Logan made it fun.
Food was delicious. Logan our chef was so fun. Highly recommend.
Our food was very salty, unfortunately. Beef soup and meals from tepan grill too. Little to a no interaction between us and the chef. We definitely expected more. We wouldn't come back. Sorry.
The sushi I got was good, but they forgot to bring my signature roll, after 30 minutes went to check on it, then 10 minutes later returned to say it had been given to another table. No drink refills either.The teppanyaki chef was entertaining
Service was awful! We sat for a long time waiting for drinks and refills. The server never came to check on us. My white rice arrived after we had all eaten and not with the meal. The show itself was fine, but not the best we’ve seen. I would not return to this establishment!
Always on POINT!Cameron is such a doll. She delivers with exceptional service and always a smile on her beautiful face.I love this place. Everyone here is so accommodating and kind.
